Me and my daughter came here for pedicures on a whim. The lady who helped me was very kind and attentive. I think she did a good job on my pedicure but the gentlemen who did my daughters never spoke once. And he didn't do a clear coat at the end and not even an hour after my daughter had a chip in one of her toes. The salon itself was quaint but it did look a little cluttered. The regular polish pedicures cost $30 each. I did tip well but I don't think I'd ever return here.

I have been to several nail salons in the Hampton roads area and was disappointed for several reasons, but I have to say that I made an appointment with KP nails on Hwy 17 and had a great experience, I had Peter and he was very polite and no drama, just very good service and great price and bonus that you get a hot stone pedicure even at the basic price of $29, so glad I found them and close to my house in Yorktown too, this is my new nail salon.Services: Nail art

I will not change my technician (guy) JHe's the best detailing ypur color in nails. He takes time . And for sure you'll feel.relax. I got many ped for less than 100$

After trying numerous nail salons in the area, I found my place! I've been coming here for about a year now and it's time I leave this review. Here's what you should know: 1. If having an accurate appointment system is important to you, this is one of the very few places I have been that will actually tell you if they are full instead of having you sit and wait for an hour. I always call ahead and schedule my appointment and I've never had to wait. We've all been to the places that schedule an appointment, but still let other customers go in front of you. Not here 2. The owner and every single technician are so friendly. I always feel welcomed, and they are even very patient when I bring my 3 year old to get her nails painted. 3. They do not rush through the process. I come every 2 weeks and I'm always very satisfied with the amount of time they spend on my pedicure. Great with cleaning/trimming cuticles, ingrown toenails, & hot stone massage for very reasonable prices. Love this place!!

First time here and they took me happily without an appointment! My nails turned out wonderful and I could tell care and attention to detail was applied to each nail from both techs; one who removed old acrylics and applied new ones and the other who painted! I love my nails! I got a full set acrylics with a sparkly French manicure. The lady who did them had impeccable attention to detail and cared about each nail and took her time. Definitely recommend her services!Services: French manicures

NO, no, no. The salon invites and encourages walk ins. I came in on a Saturday morning and asked for a pedicure. The place had literally two workers and two customers. Everything else was vacant. The woman at the front said, "Well, you have to come back later because as you can see we are very busy right now." With two customers? I don't mind a wait while you finish one, but really? I walked right out and went across the street to another salon where they fit me in immediately.

Me and my daughter got a basic pedicure and total was $52 .I added a $20 tip for total of $72 . The next day I checked my bank statement and they charged me a total of $132 !! I was upset to say the least. I had to go back up there to find out what happened. I had to go to my bank and dispute this charge . I’ll probably not get my $ back . I don’t like to support fraudulent companies, so we’ll no longer use their services. On top of all that, the guy that did our pedicures, didn’t even lotion our feet or message then . I came here with my sister and had a great experience. I got the gel manicure and pedicure. It’s the best gel manicure I’ve gotten anywhere. My polish would always chip a day or two after at other places I’ve been to, but I’m going on 5 days in with this one and it still looks as good as the day I got it! They really took their time and put a lot of attention into it. Will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone!

I had an appointment at 146 and they called for I ask me to move it later so I did. Showed up for my 315 and they wrapped my nails and then I waited while the tech gave someone else a pedicure. I didn’t leave there until 510 almost 2 hours for a 70 minute manicure. They were not very nice when I asked how long it would be after I’d already waited 45 minutes.Services: Manicure
