“I can’t say enough about the service I received from Alison - she was so helpful. I purchased 2 Sleep Number mattresses (I was replacing a Sleep Number mattress that I had had for 20 years). Needless to say I love my mattresses. Unfortunately I can not say anything good about the customer service. When my mattresses were delivered, the crew knocked a hole in my wall (Mark). He offered to come back and fix it but that never happened. I completed the necessary paperwork to file a claim to have it repaired. For three months, I have called only to be told that someone would call me back. To date I have not received a call concerning my claim!!!!! Any suggestions???”
“Had airbags and a step added to my 2500HD. I originally wanted automatic airbags but they convinced me to go with the manual fill. It saved me $800 and probably a lot of hassle. I dropped it off and it was done in a few hours.”

“I needed to grab a few items before heading back to my room for the night and I sought out a Target to go to. I'm not sure when this one was built in the area, but it looks to be on the newer side. Walking in it was welcoming and made it feel like it was going to be a simple stop. I walked to where the items were that I knew I was going to need. The one item that I was definitely looking for was an air freshener. I was happy to see that not only did they have them in stock, but many to choose from. Unlike other stores of the caliber. The biggest hold up here was the registers. Most people are ushered to the self checkouts. There were not many regular checkouts open. Not everybody knows how to use the self checkouts, so the ushering of the people here kind of made a bottleneck and backup.”

“This target is always stocked, cleaned, and packed! It's evident it's a favorite amongst Newport News residents because how it's always packed. I love target's collections! The new Grayson collective is so adorable! Personally I wish it wasn't always so packed (morning, afternoon, evening, night, weekdays and weekends- I've been here during all those times) but it's just clear how nice of a Target this location is.”

“I was in target last week for over an hour and saw something I was quite impressed with. The glass display has lunch sandwiches and foods and pizza hut boxes and a worker came over and refreshed the pizza and other food with fresh new food. So many grocery stores and restaurants just leave the food under the lights forever and it tastes awful. Also I went there only for the sale on soda but the displays are so pretty and appealing I just went ahead and did all my grocery shopping there which I usually don't. The store is always super clean and doesn't have debris all over”
