Good quality gel pedicure. A little pricey at $50.Be careful with gift certificates. They are just a piece of paper. The first time I used a portion of it they crossed it out and wrote what was left… they had subtracted wrong but I didn’t notice until I got home. The 2nd time I went back to use the remainder they wouldn’t let me use it because it’s only good for a year. I’m not sure if it said that on the paper but I never noticed. Probably won’t be back - there are plenty of other nail places in town that will do a pedi for under $50.Service: Pedicure

Fantastic place! And no long waiting!! They really do pay attention to detail and will have you feeling well relaxed. I'm not sure why people give this place one star. Personally I was very impressed with the service I received.

I usually love coming to this nail salon and it’s my go to but I just recently returned and the service was horrible. I felt like I was not understood and very much talked about . I tried being respectful but the feeling some staff gave off was unpleasant. I have never had anything bad to say at allAbout this place. I was not really happy with my nails with the end and nicely they redid them a completely different way I asked for and up-charged more.I can not put into words how much I felt targeted. Some staff was helpful but In all it was not a great experience.Service: Acrylic nails

I went in for a gel polish change. Once the nail tech lady saw that I “really” only needed 6 nails changed, she consulted with another technician about the price (gel polish change starting at $25 and up) without me asking her to do so. I felt that she felt that I shouldn’t have to pay full price for 6 nails. The other nail tech said that my nails were long (another customer chimed in to say that my nails were short) and it would be $28 for 6 nails, not the $25 initially quoted by the first tech. I said well please paint all 10 fingernails? There was an awkward silence as other customers could notice that the techs were trying to pick a fight when all I wanted was the polish change. Mind you, I wasn’t hackling the price the nail tech doing my nails was. Once completing my nails and quoting the price of $28 she asked you don’t want to tip? Demanding a tip on my credit card. I gave her $3 in cash. Once getting to my car I felt really disrespected and wrote this review in the parking lot, long nails pictured below.

I had a good experience at Elite Nails. After a terrible interaction at a salon nearby with better reviews, I hopped over here to see if they could fit me in. The place was very busy with numerous technicians on staff. I really needed a pedicure before my evening plans on a Saturday, and they fit me in right away. Lots of colors of polish to choose from. My actual technician was lovely - she was thorough and appropriately chatty. My nails still look great three weeks later. The only downsides I'd note - it's not the most organized, clean space I've seen. Think more old school kinds of salons designed for high-volume. If you want that more swanky spa experience, this isn't really the vibe. But for a solid mani/pedi at a decent price, I'd recommend it.

My daughter in law made appointments for me to have a manicure and a pedicure prior to my grandson's wedding. At the appointment, I was told that because of arthritis in my hands they couldn't apply an acrylic polish because my poor hand wouldn't fit under the light. It made sense( but my salon in Maine manages to make it work). Then they also refused to apply regular polish. Finally they did agree to clear polish. I felt odd about this kind of treatment. The technician doing my pedicure cut into my foot and made it bleed. She tried to avoid telling me, but being a retired RN I know blood when I see it.The lady at the desk ,after seeing pictures of the cut, agreed that I didn't have to pay.Such carelessness and poor service. I'm 82 and a cut to my foot can lead to problems. The salon should instruct its technicians in proper callus removal and how to solve problems with patrons with disabilities. Shame on you. I would not recommend this salon.Service: Pedicure

They rushed our nails and took a chunk of skin off my Mother in laws foot. We were hoping to have a great start to a wedding weekend but was quite disappointed in the quality of our nails; and care taken.

They overbook and make you sit and wait. Once they get to you it's a good service but even when you have an appointment you are waiting. They also ask for cash all the time.

Nail technicians are great but the owner literally got into a shouting match with a customer today. After customer left (crying, but having been communicated to appropriately by a nail technician), owner continues to justify her position to other customers. Very, very unprofessional! Secondly, don't bother making appts. Multiple times now, I've made them but still had to wait. Even once an appt with my niece, who was leaving the country for 2yrs, but owner said she couldn't accommodate and split us up. Bottom line, the owner has very little regard for the customer.Service: Pedicure
