Petty af closing the gates to what looks like a street / path from the street to the stores in the other side of this building. Recommend a new facilities

Closes at 6 and the Sheriff's office stays in the parking lot. Who is paying for that? Are tax funds used to station an officer for them? For the towing company? Seems real sketchy....
