My family has relied on Computer Concepts for years and we've always been so thankful for their great service, fair pricing and personal customer support. Recently, they went above and beyond when helping my mother-in-law after her computer was hacked. They were fast, thorough, responsive and kind enough to offer tips on how she could avoid similar issues in the future. Not only is Computer Concepts' pricing better than reasonable, the customer service they provide is the best. I am so glad we have such a wonderful local resource; they've kept my family's aging Macs alive and running well beyond my expectations and now supported us through a very traumatic hacking situation. Thank you so much, Alan, for everything you did for us and for providing a topnotch, much-needed service to the Hampton Roads area!

The staff here is fast and reliable. I dropped off my laptop on a Saturday and picked up on a Wednesday.
The staff is also very courteous. When I was picking up my laptop there was a very irate person there seemingly causing issues. Not only did they stay professional when serving that person but also apologized to me and the next customer entering for any inconvenience.
I will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

If you want great customer service and a professional staff Computer Concepts is the very best on the Peninsula . I am not crazy about dealing with the big box stores so this is my second computer I have had Computer Concepts build. Alan and his staff are wonderful and you really get personal customer care. I am actually reviewing Computer Concepts on my new computer which I received 2 hrs ago. Thank You, Allan and all at Computer Concepts !!

This place is legit. I bricked my phone during an update due to a bad wire and they were able to reset and update my phone with no data loss. Would highly recommend.

Customer service was utterly unsatisfactory for any establishment in the service business. AppleCare service that is contracted through this service establishment was handled with complete disrespect for the customer. Today is Wednesday. I placed an order on Monday last week. It came in to the store yesterday. I was there after I got off from my place of work. I accidentally left the phone to replace trying to make it there before they closed. I got the call today that I better be in today or they are sending the phone back with other statements in between that were stated with what I sensed as hostility. I sensed it so much, I stated it to the person. That made the tone more unkind. The comment that stood out from so many in a short period was when self-proclaimed manager and owner, Jeremy, stated that, “all I hear everyone that calls or comes talk about is “me, me, me, me, me. So your [time] is more important than ours.”
Isn’t that what the definition of customer service essentially is?
I would love to see the business plan for an owner such as this.
