This Auto shop made me feel very confident in what was being repaired on my vehicle. The warranty on parts and labor is excellent. Maria is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable of repairs being done to the vehicle. Maria answered all of my questions with satisfaction. I would recommend this shop for repairs.

I found Cliff’s auto because I needed some warranty work done on my car. Maria was extremely helpful and very professional. I didn’t feel racked over the coals with pricing and would recommend Cliff’s to anyone looking for a good place to get their vehicle worked on. I will 1000% be a returning for any future work that I need done.

Cliff’s always goes above and beyond to give us great service! The front desk staff does a great job of communicating with us, and is always friendly and helpful. The mechanics do a great job of not only thoroughly explaining the work needed and the reasons behind it, but also what we can do to keep our truck in top top shape and out of the shop. This shop is trustworthy and honest, and a true pleasure to work with. Their passion for their industry is evident, and why we will keep coming back. We love the digital estimates and automated service reminders for routine maintenance, as well as the convenience of their key drop/pickup box which is great for our unpredictable schedule. Highly recommend.

I was ridiculously overcharged and the mechanic told me I needed a replacement alternator when the one I had worked fine. Steer clear of this one.

Service advisors are always nice, smiling, and helpful. I had inoperable fog light assemblies removed to pass state inspection. At pickup I noticed in the parking lot the front lip of the skid plate/splash shield was hanging and not properly secured. Service advisor helped me get a bolt and install it. After I left I later discovered the engine splash shield/skid plate was installed upside down, many pieces of hardware missing and incorrectly installed, a new unnecessary hole was drilled into the radiator support bracket near the factory threaded hole, wiring was just dangling unsecured, etc. The brackets that hold the fog lights are so bent that replacement may not be an option. The technician who did the job needs to pay attention, if you can’t do the small things right how can someone trust you to do the big things. Take pride in your work, don’t just take my money and halfway do the job. Do better please. Thank you.

I’ve been working with Cliff’s for about 1 month on my 2014 Suburban. If a job was going run a long time Maria head off my issue of not having a car with an offer for a loaner car. If another unforseen fix arose Maria and the Cliff’s employees would fit me right in and make large attempts to save me $ whenever possible. I’ve had my brakes replaced, tires rotated, an O2 sensor replaced and a new starter/battery.
While Cliff’s may not be the cheapest mechanics around they’re also not the most pricey and you definitely get value for what you pay. I recommend Cliff’s highly as your go to mechanics.
