CARSTAR was Awesome!! Rick explained everything that needed to be done to my car and how long it was going to take. They did an awesome job. My car looks like it just came off a lot. Everyone who I met including the owner was very nice and helpful. You can tell they enjoy and care about the work that they do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle

Had insurance repair done on my truck. Mike and the team are fantastic to work with, with great customer service. They did such a great job on my truck, that I will be bringing a couple of hotrods here to get painted when so am finished building them.

I do a bunch of reviews on here and I'm very honest. I have to say I know nothing about Carstar. I was very impressed by the communication and customer service Rick and team provided me and my family. From helping with the rental terms to constant feedback to a great "notification by text" program AND even delivering the car (special circumstance)... I'll definitely use them again. I recommend.

Took my 2019 Volvo to CARSTAR after it was hit and needed some body work. The work was done very much to my satisfaction and I was notified all throughout the process. Rick was always available if I had questions and my car was ready 4 days earlier than expected. I've never needed a body shop in this area yet, but I am glad I chose CARSTAR
