Just left this place at 6:20pm. Needed a battery replaced. The girl at the counter said they are not going outside to replace it because it is raining. It is barely drizzling. This is unbelievable!

I purchased an alternator from another location. They were polite and friendly. But the alternator decided it wasn't interested in alternating after about a month. So I swapped it out for another and tried to return the defective part.The employees of the store were not helpful while informing me that they do not refund defective parts, even if they are under warranty. They said they could only exchange it for the same substandard part. I explained that I already have another alternator and I don't want an exchange and the man said "you aren't hearing me my man."The receipt says otherwise, so I sent an email through the website. The District Manager got a hold of me the next day and got it straightened out. His name is Ely Vinegas, and he was prompt and courteous. If you happen to get a bad part and would like the refund option, you may have to push it up the chain.Good luck.

I visited AutoZone on Hampton highway tonight and it was the best experience EVER. I was unsure of what was wrong with my car and in distress, they provided the BEST customer service and I left with my car fixed. Hands down the best experience I have ever had when dealing with my car.

The representative Mathew is one of the best people I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable, helpful and considerate. He did his best to help me in purchasing my items and was honest in telling me the correct ones. He also installed my rear window wiper. He even helped me to jump start my car that was not working all of sudden in front of the store.Thank you so much and I appreciate your kindness and generosity. Keep up the good work.
