They are honestly amazing- chase helped me find my dream car and was incredibly informational and kept me informed of every step along the process! I searched for cars in budget and still in good condition for over a year. Won’t be buying cars from anyone else ever. They offered so much help and made me feel valued and important- which is rare these days in customer service.

If you want a honest, respectful, dedicated, luxury salesman then Ken would be it. I called Auto Haus spoke with Ken about a particular vehicle. Unfortunately the one I want it was not on the lot however, Ken told me that he would contact their other dealership and make sure to have the vehicle there. I was in rush hour traffic bumper-to-bumper can did contact not to sell the car but just to check on my husband and myself to make sure that we were OK. Once I arrive at the dealership, Ken was very professional, making sure that the vehicle was in the front for me to test drive. My experience was a 10 out of 10 I Purchased the vehicle.

Although they were not able to find the problem with my car they were awesome ? . They were supposed to get to it on Friday but got to my car 3 days sooner than expected. I had the results in UNDER 24 hours. They chose to not run extensive diagnostics as to NOT incur extra fees for a problem they were not guaranteed to find. EVERYONE is polite and professional. All employees were neat, clean and well groomed. The ENTIRE facility is SPOTLESS (inclusive of the lot).Auto Haus is a class act in every capacity. Steve is AMAZING and thorough as well as explains EVERYTHING with his customers. I didn’t purchase my car from them and they still treated me as a VALUED &. RESPECTED customer. Thank you so much Auto Haus. I would recommend this business 100%.

This was absolutely the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Chase Boyer is the absolute best he took great care of me and my questions. He’s very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the automobile and the process ! Ask for Chase and see for yourself. Excellent service and friendly staff. They correctly diagnosed an issue which the Mercedes dealership misdiagnosed. They ended up adjusting the final cost in my favor by $800. Ryan was awesome and all services provided were top-notch.

Ryan and his team of professionals are the best in Hampton Roads when it comes to courteous and reliable service. AutoHaus goes out of their way to satisfy their customers both in sales and service. I have bought 3 vehicles from them and this is the only place I will go for sales and service. Shout out to Chase as well who always answers my calls and emails. Thanks again Ryan, you are the man!!!

Josh Beasley and Ryan Mehaffey are the absolute best in the business. Without fail, every time we have an issue with one of our vehicles (both purchased from Auto Haus) they get right on the task, deliver it ahead of schedule, and often times under budget. There is no one else I trust more with our vehicles and will continue to bring them there without hesitation.

I had a great experience buying my first dealer bought car from Nicolas Campbell at Auto Haus. He got me in the first day I called to test drive the vehicle and answered all my questions easily. He was also in constant communication the whole sale so I always knew what the next step was. The financial rep Diana was a great help and the one who made the process as smooth and fast as possible given my terrible credit financial status. Nicolas and Diana treated me like a priority and were patient with me the whole process. I would reccomend buying a car from them.

I had a very positive experience at Auto Haus Yorktown. Jason, my salesman, was very patient in helping me find the right vehicle for my daughter. It helps that they only carry higher quality vehicles. Everyone from sales to finance were just very nice people and not very pushy at all. I’m already looking for another vehicle from them for my son because they made the entire process that nice.

I am a repeated customer who enjoys bringing my car to Auto Haus for service. They do great work at a reasonable price but this particular visit after speaking with the manager was not so great.I recently had my car serviced at the Yorktown location and dealt with Mr. Issac as my point of contact dealing with my vehicle. We spoke numerous times after my car had a diagnostic test and discuss what service(s) was needed to be done and the cost out the door after the warranty was applied. Mr. Issac informed me that there are 2 seals but 1 of them was old/wore out and needed to be change to prevent oil from leaking out. He quoted me a reasonable price and I gave him the go ahead to repair it under the impression of they was only repairing the broken seal. He also told me I needed an Service plan A done. But I denied that service at that moment due to the price and how much I was trying to spend at the moment.When it was time for me to pick up my vehicle on 08/11/ 23, I noticed the price was significantly higher than what was quoted over the phone. When as I asked Mr. Issac about the recent price change he informed me that the warranty only covered the broken seal and not the seal that wasn't broken, I asked Mr. Issac why would you change something that didn't need to be changed and I was informed by him, "that is how we do things. we usually will change both seals. to save the customer time in the future and its manufacturer recommendation." I told him I approved for the broken seal to be fixed not both and the price. Due to time, I did not have time to discuss it with the manager. So out of good faith I paid for my vehicle and hopes of getting in contact with the manager to discuss this matter.To it keep this short, I reach out to the manager the next day and was told by him he would look into it and call me back. Almost a week went by so I reached back out to him to follow up and I explain to him again the situation of having extra work done to my car, that I did not authorize and that I was under the impression of them fixing the seal that was covered under warranty. The Manager stated because Mr. Issac and I discuss it and I paid for the service its nothing he can do about it. I told him just because we discuss something does not mean I agreed to having BOTH done. which I didn't. Especially since the uncovered part is $425 on top of the price he quoted me. I also told him Mr. Issac quoted me a lesser service price over the phone that I did agreed too. Manager stated he has to go off what the receipt is showing. Moral of this story is make sure you SPECIFICULLY tell them only to fix the broken part(s) that is covered under warranty at that time of service and have everything in writing ESPECIALLY when dealing with PRICING.

I purchased a truck from Auto Haus with employees that went over the top to make sure everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. I am forever grateful for their generosity and care that went into my buying experience. I absolutely love this truck and was everything I was looking for. I plan on using them for any other future purchases and extended warranty. You cannot get better service anywhere else.

One of the most, if not the most, convenient and fastest car buying experiences I’ve had. Thank you, Chase for friendly and quick service. Highly recommend. Oh, and the vehicle is fantastic.
