I bought my newest truck in 2024 from the Yorktown location and love driving it everywhere! They sell quality vehicles and their customer service care always exceeds my expectations. I recently took my truck in for new tires and will continue to take my truck back for any and all service needs because I can trust them to do a fair and honest job. I got stranded on a fishing trip one evening in York town . Apparently my alternator went out on my r350. They came and towed me from 7-11 parking lot . They were aware I was stranded so they (autohaus staff and mechanic) began working immediately. They replaced my alternator within a few hours and even kept refreshing my cooler full of fish with ice. Awesome staff and mechanics .highly recommend. Thank you guys

I tried to get an appointment and though I was scheduled for 0800 I was told it was first come first serve.
Though the chairs in the waiting room seemed brand new, they were very uncomfortable.

One of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. My vehicle was towed to the shop and repaired in a timely manner and had had no issues since. Chuck was top notch in communicating throughout the process and will definitely be bringing my vehicle there for servicing.

Jacob and the entire Auto Haus customer service reps have always provided exponential service! They never fail to politely greet me when I walk through Auto Haus doors. Jacob has thoroughly answered my questions and never failed to let me leave a happy customer. Overall, I am happy with Auto Haus and their employees!

Mercedes Sprinter Service. I was very hesitant to take my vehicle where I believed the price would be astronomically prohibitive. This place was recommended over the local Mercedes Benz dealership by all my friends who own Sprinters but they are all rich and money is no issue with them. On my 2018 sprinter I was experiencing brake issues and out of balance wheel shimmy while driving above 55 mph. Jacob spoke to me on the phone and I dropped the vehicle off. I am so happy with the result or my repair here, and it was much less than I expected. Prior to the service I was actually considering selling or trading. Now I would not sell not trade my sprinter; and this is where I’ll recommend and bring my vehicle for all my services. I love driving it, it is pure pleasure on the road not, even up to 70 mph where applicable. I believe it drives as good or better after the service than it did when I first purchased it in 2018. Thank you Jacob!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I took my car in to get a diagnostic for an epc light to which they told me I ONLY needed a software update. This fixed nothing so I had to go back for a second diagnostic to which they suggested 3 more ISSUES THAT THEY COULD'VE CHECKED in the first diagnosis. I will never take my car here again. What seemed to be a $330 fix quickly turned into a $2000+ fix. I respectfully asked for a refund to which they declined. Very disappointed in this company.

First time buying customer - long time service customer.
Nicolas was a great salesman. He was helpful in that he asked questions about what we needed and then suggested different cars to test drive. We landed on the right car for us that Nicolas arranged to have moved from Williamsburg to Yorktown.
Of course, he suggested add ons to our purchase and was respectful to the choices we finally made.
