There was some back-and-forth between the Leasing specialist and I. Even throughout that ordeal, Jacqueeta remained very professional and very poised. even when she answers the phone, you can hear her smiling ? she was always a joy to interact with. Even my 15-year-old son said he admires her. The apartment is everything we could’ve wanted. We are looking forward to Calling this community home! ♥️? The”

“I’ve been living at venture for about 3 years now and I gotta say I love it here best community in Newport News to live at I had a minor maintenance issue this morning with my shower head an I seen a maintenance staff member Shane in passing in the elevator told him what was going on an he came immediately an fixed my issue staff here is great and friendly”
“Lived here for about 3 years. Very quiet and very good groundskeeping. Feels very separate from the rest of the area. Apartments are very well kept and every thing always in good working order. They stay on top of maintenance. Never had any bugs but the occasional slug. Heat and A/c always worked soooo soo good. The staff are friendly and nice. Tons of parking. Only reason I left was for renovations being done to my building. Now let's be real tho the laundry situation kinda sucky but it definitely could be worse, and the apartments laminate wood lookin like a students desk kinda lame, also if youre near the verizon building youre gonna hear them kinda late sometimes backing their trucks up etc. But overall was a good experience and a comfortable era in my life. I don't know how it is now but my rent was cheap and low deposit (and I actually got it back!) Thank you to everyone at st andrews!!!!”
“We went there today for a tour. The place was absolutely beautiful, and hoping we get the place. When we went we were greated instantly amazing customer service! They offered water and snacks on our way out.”

She walked me through the process and when I had questions after our initial meet she responded in a timely manner. The neighborhood seems to be a friendly one. Based on my experience I would recommend her services and this community!”
