A good experience. Pleased that I got an inspection, and quickly. I had tried 2 other places and it would have been a long wait. I was greeted, my car was inspected and I was on my way. I liked the on-line appt. scheduling. I was well taken care of. Thank you!

I went here for a state inspection, and while i failed for some legitimate reasons, they also failed me for reasons that are not in virginia law, like my blower motor, which has nothing to do with safety, only rider comfort. They also failed me for my headlight, which i had insured worked before coming. If you look like you dont know anything about cars, they will gip you. Dont trust them.

*left a review on yelp as well* but I usually don’t leave reviews (not my thing) BUT this is the only auto place I will have my vehicle (6.0 Excursion) services at. The people there are VERY respectful, GREAT on communication, and their price is not bad. Before they charge me on anything they usually call me first to notify me what they will be doing and how much it’ll cost, which is perfect. Definitely will bring my vehicle back if there is anything future issues ( hopefully no issues ????)

The staff are very friendly and courteous and provide me with A very comprehensive list of things that might need in the future. There customer service outstanding. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends when they need repairs or services on the cars

Dropped my truck off for them to diagnose a noise. They said it was a wheel bearing. So I spent 1,400 on something that didn’t fix the issue. I brought my truck right back due to the noise not being away. They then diagnosed it with a break issue and then quoted me for 1,900 (for something I did for 300$ in 2 hours. lol what a joke) . When I picked it up after their “diagnoses” I pulled out and immediately noticed my black glass was shattered and again popped a u turn on the phone with them and took it right back just for them to say they aren’t taking any blame for it. If you want a shop that can’t fix more than an oil change and brake pads, this is the place. I don’t want an apology from the owner, or from anyone that works there. I am here to share my tragic experience about some amateur mechanics.
