Absolutely the worst shop in the world. Brought my motorcycle there to get a simple tire change that takes 2 hours. He told me it would be done the next day. Fast forward to 5 days and the bike is still not done and he sent the tires to get installed somewhere else. He refused to tell me where he sent them to and started getting loud with me and cursing. After again of refusing to tell me where my bike parts are I had to get the police involved to get my motorcycle bike. This guy is a pathetic low life piece of trailer trash. Stay far away from him, I would trust him with a bag full of dog sh!t. His shop is out of his garage to at his house and I wouldn't even be surprised of he doesn't have a license either to operate out of there. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!!!!!

Rich does not answer ever. After MONTHS of having my boyfriend's car. He never did fix it. He never answered the phone unless we called from another number. My boyfriend has gone over there many times to just try and get the car back (without fixing) because we've had it with this company- but there was always an excuse with him as to why he wasn't home. Maybe he did have some surgeries. But 3 in the last two months? I'm highly doubting it now. He finally told my boyfriend that he could pick up the car today, and guess what? He's not here nor is he answering our calls. If you're looking for reliable, fast service, with any communication- you're not going to get it here.

He finally told my boyfriend that he could pick up the car Saturday, and guess what? He wasn't here nor was he answering our calls. We waited 45 minutes. Took days to finally get a text back even though it said read minutes after it was sent. At this point we just said to leave the keys in the car. He was at least able to do that. So after almost 6 months, we finally have the car back. If you're looking for reliable, fast service, with any communication- you're not going to get it here.

Went to Absolute Auto and Off Road to install a ball joint, level kit and wheels on my vehicle. The mechanics at Absolute did all that and recommended an alignment. An ABS light and traction control light popped on. I brought it back to them. They again said an alignment would correct these lights. So off I went.Took it for the alignment, and the lights were still on. Turns out I got code 0035 for a front left ABS sensor not working. The sensor got broken during the install of the tires. One could clearly see the sensor hanging off the vehicle. I again go back to Absolute. They tell me they'll give me a quote for the repair by the end of the day. Why am I getting a quote for damage your shop cause? So I waited to hear back from them ‐ that is until my 4x4 started making it difficult to drive.Took my vehicle to another shop, and they confirmed that the ABS sensor got damaged. Absolute quoted me $130 to repair it. They broke the sensor, so I don't trust them to fix anything else. I just don't trust them.I'm sure they're good guys. I just don't know that I trust them for fast and quality repairs. I won't be back.Service: Steering/Suspension

Not really the best place to take your car. They broke a sensor while installing a level kit, then expected me to pay them to fix what they broke. Can't recommend this place.

This company did misdiagnosis and charged me 50$ and don't wanna fix my car.Not professional at all. I have camera on my dash and I can hear him cursing on me for no reason. I just wanna make him "famous" and save other people money.

I heard this shop steal money from customers. It was my favorite place ,but not any more. They breaking stuff and make you to came back and fix it again for more money,dont go overe there and save your money.

We took my sons car up there and they told him it needed a new alternator and battery. $700 later we got it home and the problem still wasn't fixed. So I called to let them know that we would be bringing it back up there because it still wasn't working right. They also put something different on the receipt that had been fixed instead of the alternator. When I asked him about it he said he wrote it up wrong. So I told him I wanted a new one with the correct information for the warranty purposes. I let him know that I was upset and didn't feel like I should have to pay anymore money since obviously they diagnosed it wrong. So I will come back on and update after we take it back.

Always a pleasure with this family owned business!! Make sure you call before hand! They are usually really busy, and can't take your car the day of. The last time I visited they didn't even charge me to look at my car and gave me the sense of confidence that I needed!
