This place should be closed and the owner, Wendy, should be prosecuted for cruelty to animals! Several animals have been hurt by her and her awful staff. She is extremely inpatient and I've seen her grab dogs by their necks trying to make them get up on tables much too small. They're terrified and often get hurt. The grooming is awful. Avoid this place at all costs.

Wendy is phenomenal. It is clear she loves animals and is extremely well versed on the various breeds and their temperament. She expertly groomed the Great Pyrenees in the photo. She also excels at training animals and providing an interactive "day care". Her prices are hard to beat.

Zero ratings aren't offered--pity. I've tried twice to book appointments with this grooming service. Both times I was referred to two sub-contracted groomers. Both times I attempted to contact both, as directed. Both times I received no response. They're either so booked-up that it's impossible to find a free second to respond to that effect, or they're simply unresponsive. Neither's ideal.

I did not know it when I had my dog groomed here, but the groomer has no lift table for larger dogs. My dog weighs 85 pounds and had to lifted by hand to the table. She began to have back problems that night and the next day. We are hoping to avoid surgery. I cannot prove that the groomer is responsible, but I will never take my dog back.

carrie is an excellent groomer. my Gracie loves going to see her. I open the gate at the front and Gracie goes to her crate to wait her turn. when I pick her up she looks beautiful. thank you Carrie

Give this place a pass. Wendy Keene runs dog training classes out of here at night and grooms during the day. She is ineffective to say the least. Charges ten dollars and carries on about drimmeling a dog's nails every two weeks being necessary. Give me a break! Who believes this nonsense. Professes that using baby voice is the way to train your dog. Spends almost the entire hour of the class talking about how wonderful she is and her Bernese Mountain dogs. This place is a joke. She has a bunch of groupies hanging around feeding her ego when in fact it would be kinder to give her a reality check. Her "assistant" seems more squared away than she is. Our dog learned more at home than she did attending the class. $200 I will never see again and weeks of an hour class that I will never get back. Lose Lose.

I have used this groomer three times now and have been pleased each time with how my dog looks when she is finished. Also, the groomer is personable and has been helpful in suggesting techniques and brushes to use to keep up with her between grooms. She is very friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. I will definitely be continuing to use this groomer.
