On Jan 15, 2022@1020 to 1035ish I walked into 711 across from the Yorktown Library. I immediately spoke loud and yelled good morning to which the gentleman behind the counter who greeted me. My husband soon entered as we were ready for our morning of coffee and my hot chocate. Of course the hot chocolate was only producing what looked like dirty water ...a little hot cocoa powder and a lot more water. I didnt complain I just decided on French Vanilla. My husband said that there wasn't enough coffee in the visible meter on the side of the Unit for the size that my husband wanted so my husband went to the counter and asked the cashier to pay and if he could make more coffee of the regular. The cashier immediately said...I just ...then stop turned and with mumbling words(we're not deaf) walked around the counter toward the coffee machine snatched the regular coffee unit grabs the cover off the unit, throws it across the counter making a loud noise then proceeds to make the coffee with loudness. Now my husband said it's OK but me I told my husband...that cashier would be the one to spit in the pot and smile in your face .....WE LEFT WITHOUT PAYING....THAT OLD SAYING WHAT YOU WON'T DO SOMEBODY ELSE WILL.....THANK YOU....CONNIE AND STACY @ 7-11 #10848 FOR YOUR SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS TO MAKING OUR BAD SITUATION A THING OF THE PASS ....BE GONE NEGATIVE ENERGY.

Good Morning, between 630am-7am on this Saturday 10.09.21 I experienced the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced at my local 711 (store 8647 Yorktown, VA). Too often I visit the store and the Brazilian roast is out. This morning I entered the store with three associates loudly gossiping about their personal business. Upon checking the coffee I believed it to be out or not made (again). I kindly interrupted the conversation to ask if they could brew a fresh pot of Brazilian Roast. Upon my request a woman rolled her eyes and shuffled over to me annoyed at the fact that I had confused the first sip (cold) for not so fresh coffee. I apologized for my confusion. She then departed the store with another coworker. This left one employee at the register. Upon going up to the register, I was meant with a huff. I said good morning and was met with another huff and an eye roll. I ignored her rudeness and decided to smile and say thank you have a great day at the end of the transaction. The woman then proceeded to roll her eyes, huff for the third time, and turn her back on me. I left the store. On my way out, I saw the blonde woman again and reported the customer service issue. She clearly rolled her eyes again, shrugged her shoulders, and drove off. I will have a great day, but I will NEVER return to this store, I will leave a bad google review, and I will ensure that my friends are aware of this location as well. Thank you for your time and consideration regarding this matter. My hope is that others don't experience this same issue with these women. I just wanted a good cup of coffee, hold the attitude.

This store always close for some reason! I guess they need to value the employees more and pay them more money in order to keep staff. The employees you have working there are very pleasant.

Just visited this store and was very disappointed that the employee refused to make decaf. What happened to "happy customers"?? I've never had issues with getting decaf in the evening when I ask them to make it.

7-11 dropped the $1.00 Coffee all day to $0.88 from 12p-7p.. which is good for those that Drink Coffee all day..but At least try to keep The Coffee fresh \\u0026 Available.. 8 pots for Coffee all Empty except some Nasty @$$ Blueberry.. Last time I Myself will visit this 7-11 location..
