I've lived here twenty years, and while this has always been an average to slightly below average 7-eleven, lately it has gotten ridiculous. In 20 years of me coming here all hours of the night it has literally never been closed. Now all of a sudden every other night they shut down the store for NO REASON. RIGHT THIS SECOND I am standing outside the store watching a guy clean a spill. HE CLOSED THE STORE FOR A SPILL. I've been watching him bumble about and try to clean this spill for about 15-20 minutes now. Who in their right mind thinks they can close down an entire business because of a spill on the ground for more than 60 seconds?

This 7-11 has an overnight employee that is always an issue. He always has the store closed between 12:00am-4am and always has an excuse of why they closed. He is pale skinned and always has a backwards hat on. Hes very rude. Looking at other reviews i see this same employee has been a problem for others as well.

Love that I can get .11 off per gallon with having the app. The store was not as clean as other stores locally, but the staff was nice and the store had what I needed

One dude, works the over night shift. Probably in his 30s if I had to guess, always has a hat on backwards. Well atleast when I come here. He's so unhelpful!!! I have never encountered any issues with the employees here other than him! And ut seems like everytime I come here and he's working it's ALWAYS SOMETHING. tonight was system is down and I can't do any sells, OH NO REALLY? EVEN IF I LEAVE YOU EXACT CASH? JUST GETTING 1 ICE COFFEE, I KNOW THE EXACT PRICE NO I CANT DI IT! WITH YET THAT SAME NASTY ATTITUDE HE ALWAYS HAS ???? HE NEEDS TO BE PUT IN CHECK BY MANAGEMENT, OR GET FIRED!! HE'S SOOO RUDE ALL THE TIME

Good Morning, between 630am-7am on this Saturday 10.09.21 I experienced the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced at my local 711 (store 8647 Yorktown, VA). Too often I visit the store and the Brazilian roast is out. This morning I entered the store with three associates loudly gossiping about their personal business. Upon checking the coffee I believed it to be out or not made (again). I kindly interrupted the conversation to ask if they could brew a fresh pot of Brazilian Roast. Upon my request a woman rolled her eyes and shuffled over to me annoyed at the fact that I had confused the first sip (cold) for not so fresh coffee. I apologized for my confusion. She then departed the store with another coworker. This left one employee at the register. Upon going up to the register, I was meant with a huff. I said good morning and was met with another huff and an eye roll. I ignored her rudeness and decided to smile and say thank you have a great day at the end of the transaction. The woman then proceeded to roll her eyes, huff for the third time, and turn her back on me. I left the store. On my way out, I saw the blonde woman again and reported the customer service issue. She clearly rolled her eyes again, shrugged her shoulders, and drove off. I will have a great day, but I will NEVER return to this store, I will leave a bad google review, and I will ensure that my friends are aware of this location as well. Thank you for your time and consideration regarding this matter. My hope is that others don't experience this same issue with these women. I just wanted a good cup of coffee, hold the attitude.
