Went to get gas. Went to the bathroom, the sign had it’s “out of order”, at the same time I saw employee walking out of it and saying it’s not available to the public to use. Didn’t care that I had little kids with me who needed to use the bathroom. Nonsense! Not coming back

IF YOU HAVE A TRUCK DO NOT COME TO THIS CAR WASH. 711 can’t even give a refund because it’s through a 3rd party. There is no number to call on receipt and the clerk was no help. She was kind but couldn’t do anything.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Poorly ran store with horrible management. I went into this location as I always do to get car washes because their buy four get the next one free and as hand the cashier my previous four car wash receipts she tells me “ I don’t know nothing about that” So I explained to her the process of buying four getting the next one free and that sign was right outside at the car wash entrance and she said “ I don’t think it’s there anymore”. So I leave the long line I’ve waited in patiently go outside to take a picture of the sign and make sure it’s still there just to come back to a now longer line to wait in and explain to an employee of the company that is still there. As if it couldn’t get worse she says I’m going to have to call the manger on her cell phone and when she did I can actually hear the manger saying “just tell him we don’t do that anymore “ so when I asked why not neither of them had a answer she just looked at me speechless and said to the manger on the phone “ he’s just looking at me crazy” so her so called manger walked her through how to issue the free car that they claimed they didn’t do anymore. A very long story short she made up not having a free car wash promotion simply because she didn’t know how to ring it up! And sadly leadership that she called for help told her to just tell him we don’t do that so he’ll leave! This is terrible customer service to say the least. How do you leave someone in the store working alone that has no clue what she is doing and then management prompts her to lie on top of that! Just sad.

My wife buys this cookie but we can't consume, because I didn't think it was in good condition and I couldn't find an expiration date.

Put $5 in lottery machine it took my money but had an Error. The clerk opened the front door but didn't open the inside door where tickets were. She told me I would need to contact the VA. Lottery for refund. She didn't know how to operate machine.

The only problem is that the car wash, "Extreme wash" doesn't clean deep enough and the credit card reader (for the car wash)is always broken but the wash is amazing (best triple foam ever)and all together the gas station is very convenient and the employees are friendly and helpful! This place is a wonderful place to come!

Unisex bathroom is absolutely disgusting and you can tell it hasn't been cleaned to reasonable standards in quite a while. Smells of urine, floors stained of urine, underneath the hand sanitizer a puck has developed from no one cleaning.

Getting snapped on by someone isnt how you keep customers. A certain cashier is infamous for snapping on women. Customer in front was told “whats your birth year” but when i showed my id in the form of a picture was automatically snapped on. Sorry the DMV is closed when im off work.

Happy to see the nugget and cubed ice as well as individual dispensers for the sodas. They have Diet Dew, my favorite. Staff was friendly.

I go to many 711 throughout my area because I'm a doordasher; I even pick up orders from many. Everytime I bring my cup into this store for a refill and I get charged full price. I'm never offered to put in my telephone for my points. The cashier always has an attitude when I tell her it's a refill. I don't lie about those things, bad karma is not worth it.
