I want to talk about the cashier by the name of April. I dont know her last name but she's the only April that works at this 7eleven I frequent often in Yorktown .(2740 Hampton Hwy, Yorktown, VA 23693).Her customer service is impeccable. I've noticed how she deals with not just myself but others that come to her register and into the store. Her smile and pleasantries are very endearing. There need to b more cashiers with that type of personality cause it takes a special personality to deal with the public. Ms April has it. Her customer service spirit is great and so well needed in this world where hatred abounds.Whoever is her manager needs to be aware the type of employee she has representing there store. I salute Ms April and I'm grateful for her service to the 7elven franchiseMs Kathy Keesee

This place is trashed and nasty all the time. The night crew is horriable. The older lady that works nights has horriable customer service ability. She is always talking to a customer about life and events to do.

Always comes here to get a lotto, but that Lady name Latasha got a bad customer service and horrible attitude. Everyone else are good, except this one. Bad for 7-11 business.

I always have a great experience at this store. The folks there seam to have random temperamental customers that are moody yet they still go above and beyond to make it a positive experience which is great! Great crew with great service.

Staff comes and goes. Some times not the nicest. They are always on there phones when you come to the register and hardly or personal convos. Not paying attention to customer at the register. Never any food on the grill. Which as a early medical staff nothing is really open but 7 eleven to grab food. Expect more from this area

This store is the worst 7-11 that I have ever been a customer of. The evening clerk is very prejudice and the store manager(his mother) is just as bad. They both were very aggressive with me and her son threatened me and she was very antagonizing. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
