They got my truck in fast but had to take it back 3 times. During them towing my truck my cb antenna was knocked off looking at the cable looks like it was yanked off.
When I called about it I was told that was my problem but to send pictures and they would consider replacing it. Also I had a dail under the dash for motor tune that was broken off and left dangling

They were very fast to get my son’s car back on the road. Would have been same day if he hadn’t needed a speed censor that was hard to find.
It was an expensive repair but when you’re broke down out of town, it is what it is.
Background story is my son drove his car from Ohio to Myrtle beach on a messed up wheel bearing. He made it to the beach and then as far as Wytheville on the way home.
19 year old stupidity at its best.
This momma was not happy to have to go rescue him…
He needed a wheel bearing, rotor, caliper and speed censor.

I was involved in an accident that required my vehicle to be towed. The folks at Wytheville Auto & Truck Repair and Towing offered to give me a ride home which I greatly appreciated.

Awesome service! Very professional and quick with helping customers. Was moving to SC and car broke down very close to their shop and they sent a tow truck out to get me and fixed my car within the hour! Highly recommended 10/10

We were traveling back to Ohio from South Carolina on a Saturday morning when our car started rattling during our stop for gas. We looked up the nearest shop and thankfully Wytheville Auto & Truck Repair was close by. They were there working and so helpful. They were kind and offered us water while we waited. They were able to tell us what was going on with our minivan and had us back on the road as quickly as possible.

The work was done as said but they charged is for 2 hours instead of 1. We watched our car sit in the parking lot the first hour without being touched. Didn't appreciate being charged for sitting
in the parking lot.

Be aware of scams. We had a trailer down 19 minutes from their location. We had to get a tire and they wanted nearly $1000 to come out and replace one tire on the trailer. I ran Service department for General Motors for 20 years. I know their business and even though they were raking us over the coals no problem I’ll pay you that for one tire, but then they wanted me to pay in full before they even left their shop. I said I don’t have a problem paying you, but you at least need to go out to my driver where I know you’re there and I’ll send payment. They refused and knowing they were the only one in that area that had the tire left our driver stranded. Moral to the story is it looks like a duck walks like a duck and quack like a duck it’s a duck! Stay away from these individuals they overcharge and quite frankly I’m pretty sure they would’ve never shown up after I paid them.

We had brake issues on our tow vehicle. Being on the road they were recommended by the KOA. Shannon stepped up and had us repaired/replaced and back on the road. Thanks all.....
