Jonathan was extremely helpful! His customer service skills were excellent, as well as his knowledge of his products and promotions! He took the amount of time needed to provide me with the Answers to all my questions. Jonathan made sure I was well taken care of in every aspect. My father died recently and we had to adjust the cell phone plan for my mother and brother and Jonathan was AMAZING. So many people have tried to make us pay extra during this devastating time. Jonathan was honest and kept our payment exactly the same. He showed compassion and patience as we muddled our way through the process. Thank you for making a horrible time a little easier!
