Had trouble with my previous carrier and decided to switch to Verizon. The man that helped me i forgot his name but was very helpful and had me in and out! Great service !

The salesman was very professional. Knew what he was doing, however, he did not tell us about having to pay the sales tax and the setup fee, which we were not expecting. It would have been good to know that up front.
