I waited for a shower for more than 40 minutes, there were at least 4 empty dirty shower stalls, the staff, instead of cleaning them, stood and talked to each other, a waste of time

The hispanic lady on the night shift, she's a lovely woman with a great personality, was doing everything herself with a smile on her face. The 1 star is for the showers. BOILING hot water seems to be the only setting.

This is Garbage place , truck fuel pumps doesn't work often, Arby's order line waiting time too long , drivers lounge closed everywhere are mess . Do Not recommended unless they are put everything in order

This is one of my favorite stops because they have home cooked breakfast and Dunkin Donuts coffee. The place is well maintained and the staff is very nice. The one downside to this and many other pilots is the fact that the breakfast ends at 9am. So if you want to sleep in a little bit, you will miss the breakfast. This is very disappointing.

The most disgusting bathrooms ive seen in a while. No toilet paper in main bathroom, piss on the floor. Trucker shower as not been wash in for ever. I don’t feel clean.

**Great Experience at the Smaller Pilot Travel Center**
Recently, I had the pleasure of stopping by a smaller Pilot Travel Center, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations despite its size.
**Convenience and Accessibility:**
Even though this Pilot Travel Center was on the smaller side, it was incredibly convenient to access. Located just off the highway, it provided a much-needed pit stop during my long drive. The signage was clear, and the layout made it easy to navigate, even for larger vehicles.
**Clean and Well-Maintained Facilities:**
One of the standout aspects of this Pilot Travel Center was the cleanliness. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked, which is particularly impressive for a high-traffic spot. The overall facility was well-maintained, providing a pleasant and hygienic environment for travelers.
**Friendly and Helpful Staff:**
Though it was a smaller center, the staff made a big impression. They were friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to assist with any questions or needs. It's clear that customer service is a priority here, which makes a big difference, especially during long trips.
**Quality Food and Beverage Options:**
Though the smaller size meant a more limited selection, the quality of the food and beverages available was great. The convenience store was stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, and travel essentials. There is an Arby's inside. The coffee was fresh and hot, perfect for recharging before getting back on the road. There was also a small selection of hot food items that were tasty and provided a good quick meal option.
**Fuel Services:**
Fueling up was quick and efficient, with plenty of pumps available and easy maneuverability around the fueling area. The fuel prices were competitive, and the pump equipment was in good working condition, making the entire process hassle-free.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Showers were clean and well maintained. The doors actually locked and fans worked inside the showers. The gas station overall was clean and well maintained. The manager was kind and uplifting her team at work which was rare to hear.

today Sunday 6/30 10:39 pm no one to assist you in the store. a giant queue and customers returning the goods and leaving. absurd. It's sad to see coffee being thrown away.

The store is clean and the service is quick. My only fault is the door dummies taking their breaks in the fuel isle and throwing sh!t bags on the parking lot but that's not the truck stops fault, just the fault of the "modern professional drivers"
