our cars aren't getting cleaned. We have two memberships. Your all raised the price and we are getting worse service. The last few times I have been there. Only one employee sprayers very little water on the windshield and three other employees in the office. I ran my car through twice and it's still dirty. If anyone is going to do a membership, don't. I am planning on canceling mine. Started charging more, and less service.

Been a member practically since the place opened, and in the last year never get what my plan pays for………washing under the fenders.
A while back I questioned an employee that stated management told them not to do under the fenders in the summertime to of water expense. On another occasion I was told “we only do under the fenders if needed.
Here’s today’s (8/30/24) wash…..
I only ask for what I pay for.

Went for a 1 time car wash and the next month my card was charged for a subscription for reoccurring monthly charge. Nowhere on my receipt does it say anything about a MONTHLY subscription. The requested paperwork for the subscription did not have my signature but a scribble line on it. The girl working the desk refused to refund my money. The vehicle was only there for the 1 time car wash and has never been back on the property. She attached a post it note to the paper work stating I wanted to sue the company. NOT once was "sue" ever mentioned in our conversation on the phone or in person at the car wash. I would NOT recommend doing business with this location.

Wash is good but subscription doubled in price and they took away some if the wash features. Save your money and hand wash it at home....

Wife has 2022 durango and has been on monthly subscription for a while and went there tonight and was told she couldn't go through they said had to much mud...as we live on dirt road it was way more stuck dirt on black suv... she goes through once a week and has had more mud and dirt than was on it in the past.....so long as you live in town and not on a dirt road...you are good....so we cancelled our subscription and want be back and just take a loss on the remaining time left
