They never have any chicken (8piece)out at this store. Its 4 :12. They missed some sells. Large pies in brown box are terible. Love the store other than that.Cashiers are very nice. Food city Galax and Pulaski always have Chicken at 4 pm

I absolutely love this new store. Lots of variety to choose from. Fresh produce and seafood. Their signature crab cakes are DELICIOUS ? Gas and groceries all in one place and on the 21-South side of town hallelujah ? love the friendly service and familiar faces of hometown folks. Some of their prices are higher than other stores, but with the variety, specials, coupons, and their club card you can still shop here on a budget. Went in today. 2-8-22. There are some empty shelves. The staff are still friendly. The prices are a little higher. Still like the variety they have though.3-25-23. Store still has a good variety of things. Seafood department is still nice. Store is clean and employees are friendly and helpful. Prices serm a little higher, but that's the norm now. Sales are great.10-18-24 I still go here some. I like the weekend sales. Sometimes they have the things that we like/ use on the specials. Store is usually clean. Staff are normally friendly and helpful.

Seems to have everything you need. I just popped in for water and food. It was a quick visit. I loved the pre-cut fruit, delicious, and tomatillos with guacamole.

Nice store, but employees follow you around like your stealing stuff one lady cashier called my husband a thief because he went back in to get his change back from an outside pop machine they were very rude I called Corp. And no reply. Not all of their employees are like that. I have spent a lot of money there for groceries and the pharmacy, but I will not give them any more their loss. I really wish I knew their names. I would call them out they need to get fired in my opinions. And learn respect. Not everyone goes in there to steal.

Got there right as they opened to get breakfast and got two bacon biscuits with cheese and they had an ample amount of bacon on them and only $2.50 a piece which is a great deal and they were very tasty.

Would rate a half a star if i could; Deli is the worst throughout the chain. Spoke to deli manager, new deli manager, the Regional Manager and store manager
Store manager is joke. Instead of firing the employee for not waiting on customers, complained that I called the Regional Manager

I am happy to have food city in our small town of wytheville, but not impressed with produce their. Prices are a bit high too.

My husband and I shop here at least once a week. Great quality ? meats and produce. Prices are really reasonable.
