I had a blowout on highway limped the truck to shop, called the number on door supposed 24 hr service was told can't help you till tomorrow get a room and we will see you then. 100% disabled Veteran didn't matter

I didn't use their service because they told me over the phone that they had the tire I was looking for and that they would accept the truck right away, but when the driver came in about 10 minutes, they didn't have that tire and he had to wait a couple of hours to put another tire on it. They also called me a liar

They took our semi truck repaired the seal and replaced a tire within an hour. Greatly appreciate the quick service to get us back in the road. The cost was average, not overpriced. Exactly what we needed at the moment.

Was having issues with my truck at 3:00 a.m. in the morning, saw this place, pulled in talk to them when they opened at 8:00. Come to find out I had a busted water pump. They replaced that, filter, and a serpentine belt in 2 hours. Heading on down the road in 3 hours! Lightning did a really good job on my truck! Thank you very much!I would definitely recommend this place to anybody needing truck service.

I needed a Carrier Bearing cut off the shaft. Those guys took care of me and I'm grateful for the help. The Ford dealer in Wytheville was no help at all.Thanks for the great work
