I am the owner operator. I fill up fuel here last 19 year . The first time I feel very bad on circle k behind the assistant Manager . His name is Alvin he is working today 7:00 pm on 02/09/24 . He is very rude . He don't have manners how to deal with the customers. Always with the other employees I feel very nice . I don't know who's make him assistant manager . He is not able for cashier job . I leave review because the Management know how's he doing job . Other customers may be ignore his customer dealing . When I am talking with him with respect he talk very rudely . He said to me I am the here and I don't care anybody else . I know already the nice lady her name is patty . She is the manager here so I tell him I know patty . She's recognise me . He said same wording I don't care anybody at this moment I am the boss here . I am so surprised about him how he doing work here .

The one at Fort Chiswell an Max Meadows Ext off of I-81 is a very great place to go to to get just about anything you need Womens restroom were clean my friend said men's wasn't so clean Clean store well put together Very nice people working there

If a public restroom is smelling of stale pee , then that makes me hate that place. Get some cleaning chemicals and clean the men's rest room!!!! Pay an employee to do it for crying out loud. Clean the rest room about 4 times a day. It should smell and look clean, not stinky and filthy. This is very very very important. Cleanliness is next to healthiness

On 10/15/2023 This station has ripped me off for over $1400 and has not really gave me my money back yet! I have documentation and proof they charged me 13 times the same amount of fuel and I have not been reimbursed yet. I recommend nobody use Circle K anymore. If this is how they’re going to do their customers and not take care of us please if anyone has any concerns or call or that’s what I’m saying you’re more than welcome to call me a Contact Me! Please everyone spread the word do not use Circle K. They will hold your money and not give it back. I’m not saying you won’t ever give it back but I’m on the 3rd day now.

Did not go inside. Filled up outside. Towels were in the dispenser with Squegees and wash fluid. Only disappointment is this location does NOT participate with CircleK rewards... so there was no price rollback at the pump. Probably below cost selling law
