They were so accommodating and even let us store our bicycles in the back room for 2 weeks while we went on to Florida after our car breaking down (our motor is being replaced by Hyundai 40 miles N. I've received complete opposite service in my hometown of Wadsworth Ohio (see my review) and I want everyone to know if you've had a bad Enterprise experience in the past don't let that deter you from visiting this location ! They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond ! Wadsworth wouldn't do a walk around the car or notate anything I had to say about it. Wythville not only insisted on a walk around, the nice man explained to me the little things that might happen that they'd tolerate and not hold against me thus putting my mind at ease before getting back on the road ! (We got a beautiful new Ford Escape with 2800 miles on it and doubled them !)

These people really were wonderful ! If we're ever traveling back thru and we have the time we'd stop just to say "hi! Remember us !!" Wonderful wonderful people !”
