He asked me out and I told him there was too much of an age difference between us. After that I would ask him to clean my car and he said he would, and even gave me a day and time. When that day and time came he would put me off till another day and time. Today I was there at 8:30. I called/texted... it was 8:30... then 9:00... then 10:00... and then 10:30 that he told me he would be there. That's when I said forget it I'll go elsewhere. That's how he runs his business. Don't piss him off or he won't do it, or he'll do a poor job.
