We had just riden the Back of the Dragon and were heading to Greensboro N.C. and my engine light came on. We are traveling on a 2024 HD Roadglide CVO ST with less than 1000 miles on it, so you can only imagine what going thru my mind. Stopped in to see if we could have someone take a look at the bike, and they took it straight to the shop. They said it had just threw a code and they cleared it. I personally want to give huge shout out to Trinity and Harry!!!! You guy rock !!!! If anyone is looking for somewhere to buy or service a Harley, I would defiantly recommend doing it here !!!

I purchased my new 2023 heritage softail here and have been pleased with the experience overall. I recently took it in to get lowered and guards put on and they did excellent work. Everyone here is really nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel at home, and being a female rider I don’t get treated any different. I look forward to returning here in the future for any needs I may have!

Would not help a Indian rider with a flat tire, 165 miles from home, in 93 degrees heat, on Saturday before Father's Day. My wife and I limped our Indian Roadmaster to this dealer, 20 miles on a flat rear tire. We were escorted by a very nice Harley rider who stayed with us. When we got to this dealer, we were told, first of all, they don't have a tire to fit it without even looking at the size. The Harley guy, that road with us there, tried to get them to do something but they refused saying it was against their policy. - Anyway, they gave us a bottle of water, some air in the tire and left us to ourselves. I managed to get the bike to an local Autozone and they guys there were way more helpful. I managed to get the flat fixed well enough to get us home the following day (Sunday Fathers Day) 165 miles away. Took 8 hours, but we made it.

Ended up buying a helmet for the wife in part due to the helpful staff at the front counter. The woman had no trouble assisting us in shipping the old helmet home, and chatting with us despite being busy. She still handled the others, as politely as us. Sales guys each chatted and we're friendly. Stopped in Service to get a quick bit if advice and the service girl service writer was friendly but dismissive to helping. To our surprise she said she didn't have time or staff. Not what we expected from a "service" titled position. It was interesting that at the Wolf dealer, in Bristol, which is a sister dealer had time and helped us 30 minutes before closing.

I love stopping by Harley locations when I travel. The crew at Black Bear Harley were super nice. Store was well stocked, super clean and easy to access from the highway! Grabbed a cool shirt on sale and my Poker Chip!!
