Great location and reasonably priced. I believe the management changed around a year ago, and it has made all the difference. The maintenance crew and property manager are wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in Wytheville.

I'm coming up on a year of living here, and I love it here! When I first moved in, I had to deal with a manager that just didn't seem to care about the maintenance of the property/apartments, or the residents. The new manager Bambi has really cleaned the place up, and put things back in order around here! Not to sound rude, but the turnover of residents has been quite pleasant as well! I see this complex becoming the most sought after in the area, with the management team now in place!!

Payed $300 for an application fee in October. I asked.for a refund and to be taken off the wait list. It's now January & after multiple calls and reassurances that my money was being sent back, I have yet to see itEdit: refund came in. Changed to 3 stars. Shouldn't have taken 3 months but at least it came in.

They keep raising rent..... you go a few days late and you automatically get a 5 day notice to pay rent (even though we get paid every other week its rare rent is on the first)However the laundry situation is ridiculous they charge you to do laundry but the dryers (4 towels) you have to do multiple times. And there is a washer thatfull if stagnant water that has been here now going on 2 years.... they raise rent so much but cant do anything to keep it maintained.

Well for one i have been here since 2015. And since greenbrier has taken ownership these apartments have gone down hill awful. I have been without air conditioning for 3 months and still have yet to do anything to fix it. They say they will wait until winter to check the vents because its too hot. My lightbill has gone up from 118 to 430....i have had to purchase a window unit and was given 2 portable ac units that have to run constantly if not it get over 90 in my apartment.2nd there is a washer that has yet to be fixed and it stinks so badly. It is full of stagnant water that has turned brown where they have let it sit and updated?. Nothing has ever been updated here in my building at all even after signing a new lease updates were promised but yet have not been done

Awesome place to stay. The owner is really friendly and rent is cheap. The rooms are really updated and modern.

What an amazing place to live! Beautiful views and wait until you see the upgraded apartments! New owners and mgmt company is stepping it up.
