“Dropped my car off on august the 28th 2023. The process started a little bumpy. Was informed that they were down several techs and short handed. Was told there would be more techs hired and would work to get the vehicle done by a set date as I had to leave to go out of town. Several phone calls not returned and multiple delays at first. Then i started speaking with a gentlemen named Chris. Chris introduced himself as the new manager and promised to have my car to me by said date. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that I was up to date on all the good and the bad. Once Chris was handed my file and took my phone call the service was absolutely amazing. He was very informative and had my vehicle returned by October 13. 2023. This does seem like quite some time, but given they were short staffed I feel as if they handled this like champs. Would definitely recommend you talk to Chris for all your body shop and repair needs. Hopefully I won’t have to return any time soon but if so, definitely look forward to working with Chris and the Bob huff team again.”

“Just got my 95 YJ back from Virginia Driveline and Differential. Regeared to 4.88's, replaced both front hub and bearing assemblys. I was pressed for time to get this back for a upcoming trip, these guys went above and beyond to make sure not only was it done in time, it was done professionally, and their knowledge was/is very helpful on the critical break-in period. “They were very fast to get my son’s car back on the road. Would have been same day if he hadn’t needed a speed censor that was hard to find.
It was an expensive repair but when you’re broke down out of town, it is what it is.
Background story is my son drove his car from Ohio to Myrtle beach on a messed up wheel bearing. He made it to the beach and then as far as Wytheville on the way home.
19 year old stupidity at its best.
This momma was not happy to have to go rescue him…
He needed a wheel bearing, rotor, caliper and speed censor.”
