My daughter and my son tried to mail me something overseas to my military address and they were turned away. They were told by the same person that it couldn’t be sent. He wasn’t willing to help, try or ask his postmaster for help or advice. My son ended up going to the post office in Edinburg and in matter of minutes my envelope was on its way. Start hiring competent personnel.

They have the worst people working in there anymore, you call and talk to them and they get snippy with you and give you attitude. If there was another way to get my mail I would.

My carrier regularly puts my medicine in an outside locked mailbox and the package is too large to get out of the 2" opening I have to remove mail. The carrier needs to realize because she can get it in the back of the mailbox we don't have that large opening she has to get it out. This has been a complaint of mine. Now it's Saturday evening and my meds are stuck in the mailbox and I need them. The post office is closed until Monday. I hope the post office reads this. Maybe they'll fix the problem!
