This company is a complete rip off. 1 star is too many. It cost $480 to tow my car 8 miles, and when I called later in the day to pick it up they said there was no one in the office to release it to me and I had to wait til the following morning. When I went there at 8am the next day they charged an additional $100 for an extra day of storage and an additional 5% for using a debit card. On top of all this they were extremely rude. You'd think they would be happy considering that they just scammed me for almost $500 of my hard earned money.

The service is terrible. They are overpriced, and completely rude. The man who helped was far from understanding, and thought that he could pull a quick one on me and my family. We will never use this towing service again.

They are trying to over charge my friend. They towed her car and now they are saying she needs to pay over 700, in towing fees. And cursed her out.

NEVER USE THEM !!!!! its a ripoff , i called them to help me and they charged me 4500$ to tow 15 miles my truck to their yard after a small accident on interstate . the owner is a scam and would not even explain you why the bill is supper high. he kept my truck and trailer hostage and charged me another 100$ a day for storage . i will try to take them to court for this BS

If you was to be screwed out of you money and time Town and Country towing will do it. You would be better take tag and abandon car then let those thrives touch it. One star is too many for these a$$&0/E$

A complete ripoff they charge a 5 percent surcharge to use your debit card over cash to pay your bill. No way will I ever due business with them anymore after this month.
