“Danny at this location was very nice and extremely helpful!! I needed a new screen protector, and he let me know that I could get it for free if I had insurance on my phone. After that, he found the item for me, and he put the screen protector on my phone. Best experience I’ve had with T-Mobile! Great work!”

“All we were doing was changing responsibilities for a phone number and customer service through 611 was having us jump through all these hoops and gave us a plan we didn’t want with additional numbers, the representatives that were here in the store took over and helped us fight with 611 about what happened and they have been so great. I don’t know if they would be okay being named on here but they’re all so wonderful, they are doing a great job. All five of them are just the best, thank y’all so much???”
