I ordered steiff bear dec 5th. After 10 days of silence and numerous attempts to contact the seller, they finally responded to expect the shipping from you around 12/21. I waited till 12/22 with no results. On 12/23, 12/26 and 12/29 I have asked them to update the status. No response to any of my requests. By that time the bear was shown out of stock on steiff USA website. My wife was literally crying and she kept blaming me for trying to save $ and leaving her without the bear. Our marriage was on the brick of dissolution. That is what this transaction caused me. I got her something else instead but she dismissed that present as irrelevant

Who is making sure orders are getting shipped? I’ve been waiting for items since early Oct. At this point it feels deceptive to order off website and see items are in stock but find out after they have your money it’s on back order. After doing some research seems like this is an ongoing issue. Get it together and ship our stuff!

No one answers the phone or returns calls. Emails are not answered. Ordered an item 6 weeks ago and has not shipped. Not satisfied

If the product ordered comes from a different warehouse, the customer should not be notified that it was shipped. Email said it was shipped, when I called I was told that Intrada would need to be contacted for tracking and would be an extra 2 to 3 days. I do not recommend shopping here if you need an item in a certain time period.

I buy so many products from them and I always have the BEST customer service. In the store, over the phone and through email. They go out of their way to help me. I mentioned that I wanted to try The Republic of Tea's Goji Berry Green tea the other day and just got an email that it is in stock! Love this store!!!

Their customer service is fantastic, their selection is broad and frequently updated, they have the best coffee in town... there isn't anything that I don't love about Distinctive-Decor!!

I bought items on May 11th and then received an email that the items were not available. However, they never refunded my money. I had to file a case with Paypal and send them an email to which they responded with the same cancellation email. Very poor customer service. I will shop elsewhere.

We live in TX and my brother and sister-in-law live around Duncan, so anytime we come to town we try and stop here for the coffee. My mom, sister-in-law and myself went in today and were looking around. One of the ladies, I wish (I would have caught her name), was super sweet and helpful. She even answered my 6 year old daughters million questions while she was making my coffee. The other lady that was in there constantly watched and followed my mom and I around like we were
