The worst pharmacy ever ! I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. This last time an emergency prescription was sent to them before noon. I was waiting to get the text saying order was ready . I called them at 630pm and asked if it was ready , they said oh we dont have it , we will have to order it !! Why didnt someone call me ??!!

Unfortunately I had to move my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS because Anthem didn't allow Walgreens. The employees are rude, unorganized and unprofessional. Only been there twice, bad experience both times. Going to look for another store

I called to check on my husband's scripts. They told me an hour... been almost 2 hours, still not ready. I'm glad he isn't out of pills and glad it isn't life threatening

A one star is the lowest allowed, but if it could be 0, I'd gladly submit that. I have been receiving my prescription here for a few years now, and am so relieved I received the opportunity to go elsewhere. Not only are the employees at the pharmacy EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, when you receive notifications on the app that your Rx's are ready, they usually aren't, and you still have to wait, or either come back. I had the wonderful opportunity to deal with a pharmacy employee over the phone, to whom I was treated as if I was an inconvenience for calling about MY prescription, was immediately put on hold, came back after 3 minutes, was hung up on, had to call them back, was greeted by the same "pleasant" woman on the phone, and was told they don't have that and would have to special order it, would take a few days, and be out of pocket, so they kicked it back to my doctor, who thoroughly explained all of that TO them in the notes, when the pleasant CVS employee decided to actually check them, prolonging not only the phone call that was apparently so inconvenient, but my Rx from being received. Now, I'm not one to deal with mistreatment long, nor attitude or poor customer service, and I made that known, to which I was hung up on. I will say, thanks to her, I moved ALL of my stuff to another pharmacy that has been quick, professional, reliable and KIND as soon I needed them. And, my Rx is up to $5 cheaper!I hope this goes noticed and that the employees at CVS understand that the people that are calling, are calling about something they need for their health, and treating them with kindness, is necessary. You are a reflection of the company, no one chose that job but you, and let's hope that mindset and compassion is reflected from now on.

Terrible customer service. If they "accidentally" answer the phone, they'll be angry and tell you your phone is breaking up and just hang up. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Perpetually understaffed, even now after the worst of COVID. Unreliable texting "service". Example: received a text at 10am that my meds were ready. One hour later, at the counter, they were not. When I asked the tech why my text told me they were ready, she said (and I quote) "the text was to tell you they weren't ready yet". I asked her to think carefully about what she said. Her only reply was to mumble that she'd expedite it. They have a uniformly bad reputation amongst physicians in the valley, particularly regarding pain meds. I realize it's a problem topic, but they consistently dragged their feet to fill my mom's opioid Rx that were issued by her hospice doctor/nurse. The delays were massively inconvenient as I needed to ask a neighbor to stay with her while I waited and waited for meds she desperately needed. Walgreens across the street seems to be doing a much better job.

I was appalled to see that racism still exists in this cute little backwards town (coming out here from Washington DC only a decade later to visit). None of the employees wanted to even look at me or speak to me let alone want to assist me with anything. In an awkward situation like this I am thankful for self checkout. They had a great variety of touristy souvenirs that I probably would have bought the whole shelf but my spirit was not into spending at this CVS location. So I bought the few essentials needed (contact lens solution and dried fruit) and kept it moving.

I have a couple of people in my family with medical challenges. I am in this CVS about twice a week. I have seen amazing, hardworking people at every visit. Even though all pharmacies are overwhelmed due to COVID these days, this CVS seems to do everything to accomplish their goal - helping the customer!

CVS provides the best customer service and show their customers how truly caring they are. They are always willing to expedite needed medications and contact your physician for a refill.
