A lady pay with her cash app and the manager over charge her and would not even help her until I had to call my pastor to help because she had little kids to support. I will be calling customer service to ask what is going on with that 7-Eleven in woodstock virginia

Went into this 7-11 for the first time in years as I just don't need anything from them. But today I promised my grandson a small slurpee so we stopped. Was around 11:50 am and the lady behind the counter (not a teen) was extremely nice to my grandson as well as me. Was a great contact here.

Every time I come in here and there's younger people working. They can't wait to get you out of the store so they can get back on their cell phones. They're friendly to each other but they hardly even talk to the customers. Sorry I interrupted your phone time ladies.

When the cashier let's you sit in line and then put your stuff on the counter (not a little) and then tell me I have to move my stuff over to the other register! I am a manager of a business and would never allow my employees to do that!!!!

Need to put a numbering system in place below each of the smokless tobacco products so the clerks can easily grab what customer wants, instead of making multiple trips back and forth until the right product is selected.

Typical 7/11. Way too over crowded with stupid junk they want you to buy. it's like a dollar store with gas pumps. The place was not very clean, to be nice. My hands were dirty after pumping gas, so I went to the bathroom to wash them. Again, not the cleanest, to be extremely nice. The best thing I can say is that the pump did give me a receipt. So I would have not had to gone inside the store. I should have used a glove when I held the gas pump.

Oasis when we needed it most, no other truck stops had potable water available for us RVers, The staff here was kind and let us fill our fresh water tank, also had plenty of room to gas up and a working car wash!Thank You!
