Super great service. Buying a Hiace was a breeze and price is amazing. Car sold just like how they described it and they insisted I drive it before I pay. Also showed me the engine bay and how to access things. 5 star service would recommended.

I purchased a 2004 Lexus gx470 online and had it shipped to N.C. There are some small defects and money Ima have to put into the vehicle, but overall , I’m satisfied with the suv.

I bought an imported Toyota hilux from the Virginia Auto Mall, and it was a great experience all around. Found the car on car gurus and the employees were helpful at giving me information and sending paperwork since I was across the country. Would totally buy another from these guys.

I had a wonderful experience with Michael at Virginia Auto Mall. I found the vehicle I wanted online and had a few questions. They sent me several high resolution pictures and answered all my questions promptly. The best part, at no time did I get any sales pitches or tactics. Michael simply answered my questions and provided a "Car Facts" report. He also ensured the vehicle got a fresh state inspection and detailing before I picked it up. Great experience and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Dealer is knowingly selling cars with unverified inaccurately stated mileage, while refusing to show proof of verified mileage outside of shady overseas auction pictures.

I came without much in the way of an "ideal car" just needed something FAST and for a great deal too. Ended up with a very clean and really well kept 2012 fiat 500 POP and it is so much better then I expected. I really loved the business second. honesty first. Attitude I got from the manager Michael Taylor. Thanks to him I found the car I needed for my budget at the time. He made the car buying experience much more stress free. I'd say I would recommend asking for Michael if your planning to buy a car through Virginia Auto mall

Owner had no manners. Every vehicle on the lot had major problems. Left here wondering if anyone actually buys vehicles from this place. Save your time and don't go here.
