Stopped in on vacation to check out some new shoes. Found a pair I liked in store. But then my bf had his half cab blue with gum so I wanted to see if they had it not in half cab. They didn’t have in store we ended up instead of me walking away with a pair that I liked decent enough for them to become my new pair, she recommended me to order the ones that I really wanted to send to my house from the store. I debated and finally said that’s what I’ll do. The information that was entered for our home address was incorrect and I didn’t catch until we arrived home and I got an email for another order we purchased on a different slip! I got the confirmation and realized Virgina and my state I live in together. I called the store and informed them. They had to call the main that helps assist with packing etc of orders! No answer so I did get an update from the manager super cool! Also assistant called me and gave me another update! Then an email was sent and still not answered so I was given another call for me to try. I called and I got a hold of someone not very much help from the shipping department. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, or even half way there. This is where the catch is my shoes arrived today before the other order that was just in Orlando the other day as well. It was my shoes not my boxers that we had ordered! Opened the box to find out they are not the correct show. I got a black pair with gum trim. So much for the pair I really wanted. I did this on vacation and get home to return to work tomorrow and now I have to go fish at two of our locations. Knowing I still won’t end up with the correct shoe as I checked already all style design in color I was supposed to get “really wanted” are out of stock!Best recommendation for a costumer point:I believe small distractions in between and to triple check data entry triple!

PLEASE READ!! tldr-racist/classist zumiez employees treat me and my sister like garbage- Unbelievable experience here. My sister and I come into zumiez one weekday night to look around and end up picking out a few things each to try on. The employees are all messing around at the register not helping us at all. After waiting maybe five minutes for them to notice us needing a changing room, we finally get one. We try the clothes on and end up not liking any of it. We get out and there are no racks in sight to put up unwanted clothing, so we do the nice thing and hang up the clothing back where we got it. Then we head over to the hats and start trying on various beanies. After a minute or two an employee comes up to us and says "where did you guys put the clothes?" We explained that there were no racks so we hung it back up and she walked away without another word. We can then hear the employees talking about not seeing us put the stuff back and saying they thought we were stealing full volume. We continue trying on beanies when a different employee at the register asks us to come over. We come over and he then asks the same question, which we give the same answer. He then says "Alright can you guys open your bags" We open up our bags, mine is empty, my sister has a hoodie from urban outfitters in hers and he asks the other employees "guys is this our hoodie? do we sell that here?" and then they all say no we dont have that here. After we get our bags back, still holding the beanies we were trying on and the guy says "are you guys going to buy those?" we said no and he said "alright im just gonna take those back" and takes them from us basically non verbally cueing that we should leave. I dont know if they did this because we didnt fit the "skater aestetic" or if it was because we were the only hispanics in there, but thats what I figure. What a terrible honestly racist experience. I do not recomend this store, and I refuse to buy anything from zumiez from now on, even though I love their stuff. Such a shame that the employees here act this way. Dont go here.

Today I went to Zumiez to get my sister a new board, and the service in this store was outstanding. The manager and coworkers greeted me when I first entered the store. They were beneficial when we got to theskateboard section. The manager explained every type of quality skateboard they had in store and was very patient when I was deciding on the wheels and grip. I was very appreciative when the manager offered to build the skateboard for me at the end, and just the overall experience of this store was impeccable. I will come back here to shopmore. I recommend this store to anyone.

NEGATIVE 5 stars - I'm absolutely disgusted with the terrible customer service. We arrived at 12:15 to get my very excited son a skateboard - the hours listed were 12- 6 for Sunday. It took me 10 minutes to get the attention of the person who was trying to act like I wasn't there. At one point, the person even tried to "hide" behind their cash register (what, are you 12?) Finally, when I DID Get a response to when they would actually be open, it was very RUDE and he/she answered "MAYBE at around 1pm" along with something else muttered under their breath. I should not feel as if I'm an inconvience trying to shop at a place, that is completely unacceptable!!! You would think that in the current economy, a business would try a bit harder to STAY in business and an employee would care a bit more to KEEP their job when so many are unemployed. I usually don't bother leaving a negative review as everyone deserves to have a bad day but after wasting 3 hours to get there and back home, I'm still incredibly ticked off with the experience. That employee needs to find a job that does NOT deal with customers...maybe stock some shelves at night where he/she doesn't have to see anyone. I've never felt so disrespected by any place I've ever shopped. I'm disgusted by the whole experience. 100% UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I called this store at 12 to hold me a pair of shoes and they told me they could hold them however if another customer were to come and ask for them they would no longer be able to hold them for me - I then called again at 2pm to make sure no one had come in to grab them before making an hour commute to this store which I let her know in advance - the girl said that she still had them here for me. Right when I arrived the store had its racks down(closed) until 4pm and I spoke with the man leaving the entrance and let him know that she did not mention on the phone that I would have to wait an additional hour when I got here. Really terrible customer service/communication on their end.

My kids and I love Zumiez and this was the biggest zumiez we have seen. We were planning on buying vans at this zumiez; often we buy shoes in zumiez. The staff today were inattentive and annoyed with us. They didn’t want to help us with shoes or look through the clearance shoes because “they just fixed all the boxes” I asked to see another size and the guy seemed clearly annoyed that he had to retrieve shoes from the racks in the ceiling. Zumiez does not have ideal storage for any of the shoes, but as a customer the staff should be annoyed to sell products or be asked questions. So, we left and bought 5 bags of shoes at the Vans Store.....

Painless exchanges after the holidays are always the best! My daughter received a Thrasher T-shirt which e see up being too big so we needed to exchange it for a smaller size. Unfortunately there was no gift receipt or the original but that tags was still attached. The young lady who helped us was a joy! She confirmed with the manager it was okay and he agreed and we were able to exchange the shirt hassle free. My daughter found another shirt she liked which happened to be buy one her one fifty percent off, so she was helpful and asked if she wanted to look for another shirt. Luckily she found another one and ended up getting two shirts for what would have been the regular price of one shirt. The store is clean and the selection was plenty for Thrasher, Obey, Champion and even Adidas! Don't zoom by too fast or you may miss out!
