Fairly quick process to pickup and return router. Not a lot of close parking at this shopping complex though.

Excellent customer care from Mr Michael Hughes at the Potomac Town Center Xfinity store. He was kind, patient, knew what to do to transfer my phone number to my new device and he was quick. Hope you all have more in store agents like this gentleman.
