I bought a vehicle in 2019 here. I wanted to give these guys 3 stars on it. Quite a bit of cosmetic stuff (at the time). Ran fine. Maintenance costs just came in higher than expected. However Its almost 2024 & my vehicle has crossed the 220,000 mile mark with no powertrain issues & always passes inspection & the paint still looks flawless! Mechanics even give compliments of how surprised they are from driving it! Check engine light has only come on once. So I guess I been lucky compared to some.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was on a very specific budget and they worked hard to find just the right car and price for me. This was the best car purchase experience I think I’ve ever had. And that’s saying a lot because I’m almost 60! Thanks y’all for everything. I love my new car and will definitely refer others to your dealership.

Walking into buying a car I had no clue what to expect. I met with Manny, Jaime, Marcus - and had the background finance manager on my side as well. They all made the purchase so easy, everything was explained in detail, I left feeling like I had spent the day at home. I kept expecting a no to financing a car and made so many jokes - they didn't let me stay negative, they made me feel so at ease. I highly recommend going here for your car needs, to understand purchasing, and just to enjoy the time you are doing so. Will refer all my family and friends to them.

My experience with Manny was great!However, shortly after leaving the lot my service engine light came on-I reached out to Manny and he agreed to take care of it once I got the car scanned and/or a diagnostic test done. Honestly, my car buying experience was seamless!!!

Bought a car on 4/30. Since then I keep getting camera tickets on various cars that are not mine. Iooks like my temp tags but I threw those out. Contacted the dealer several times, they asked me to email pictures of the notice. I did not get a response after that. Still getting tickets for several different cars.

What a wonderful car buying experience- the whole team was professional and friendly. What I saw on line was exactly what they had on the lot, no bait and switch tactics! Great experience, I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a hassle free fun experience!

Thought it was a nice place to travel two hours for a car. Since I’ve gotten the car end of June I’ve only been able to drive it for a week before I had to get the engine completely replaced and now I have to get the transmission replaced not even two full months after purchase. They’re friendly for a reason. Because their vehicles are trash and they think they can make up for it by putting on a smile. They also didn’t replace the spark plugs which should be on the list when fixing up a used vehicle!!

For some reason my review keeps getting removed, that explains why they have a higher rating, protest falsely the honest criticism ones to remove them. The following was my review and my response to his rebuttal.They will never get my business again. Completely unethical and rude. We were told that they give you a warranty with every car. Then when we were paying for the TWO cars we were buying they told us that the warranty doesn’t apply because we got the 200 military discount on the price. So the warranty isn’t technically free. It’s padded in the price. If the price goes down the free warranty goes away. When the salesman was outside with one of the managers another one of the other too many managers they have came in the office and told us that we should have looked at their web site and “stop holding their feet to the fire” because we were asking them to stand by the offer they made. Well they can keep their feet and their cars. We will definitely never shop their again.**Update to address their reply:We negotiated the price of the car prior to our arrival Wednesday evening when we first came to look at the cars. That's how we knew how much to have the cashiers checks for. (Monday 7/3 for the Subaru and Wednesday 7/5 afternoon for the Toyota) When we were in there and had the cashiers checks for both vehicles in an envelope on the desk Wednesday evening, is when we noticed that the warranty information was not there and asked about it. We were told before we even stated to look at the cars that we didn't have to worry about anything we chose because the dealer provided a warranty, 3 month 3000 mile on ALL vehicles.Your "from the heart" discount comes with losing a warranty, so it's really not a discount, it saves you from providing peace of mind on your product. My husband is a veteran and we have two sons serving. We were not trying to get anything special, we were told about the warranty and the discount on Monday without any asking on our part, but yes, once offered we did think the dealership meant both were offered, not one reneges the other.We were not waiting for an answer to our "request" we were asking if you were going to honor the deal you made 2 days prior. The first visit, offer and acceptance was Monday evening and since the banks were closed Tuesday we came back with the cashiers checks on Wednesday evening. We were waiting patiently to see what was happening. We did not ask for a refund because you didn't answer quickly, it was because that extremely belligerent manager came storming out of his office yelling at me for not looking at the online policy before I got there and "holding your feet to the fire". No one was speaking to him or saying anything about it. He waited until the other 2 people in the office were outside to be a bully. Check your cameras. Your twisting the version of what happened will not change it and I will not ever change my opinion of that bully.

I would definitely recommend Wind Rider Auto Outlet. They demonstrated great customer service, knowledge and patience when I was buying a vehicle from them. Not to forget, the prices there are just right!!! When I did the comparison with other dealers for the same type of vehicle, they had a better price point. I dealt mostly with Jaime and he demonstrated a great level of professionalism and customer service. They went above and beyond to help me during the financing process with my bank. Sometimes in life things happen. We make good decisions and some bad decisions. It is hard being a grown-up at times! But when you know better you do better. My transmission went out on my vehicle, and I didn’t have the money to repair it. I needed someone to give me a break on a new vehicle without making me jump through hoops about already having an auto loan. Wind Rider Auto Outlet worked with me from start to finish. I appreciate my salesman (Jaime Diaz). He was awesome; his professionalism and entire demeanor made it easy for me to work with him. The General Sales Manager (Savvas Kay) was honest and straight up with me, sometimes all you need is a second chance, and he advocated on my behalf and for that I am grateful. I can’t forget my Cuz (inside joke) (Marcus Mays), he stayed on top of things from the time I made my initial inquiry via email until the closing of the deal. Finally, I would like to thank the Finance/Sales Manager (Manny Francis), he reminded me of my favorite uncle, the one that gives you good counsel. I appreciate people that are honest and don’t try to BS me. And for that I know if I EVER needed another vehicle, I would not hesitate to come back to Wind Rider Auto Outlet.
