I tried to open a credit card, it took them over 2 months to open it cause the were missing up with filling the form, i had to stop by at this location for 5 times to fill one form right for a cridet card. Where i apply for 15000$ and as they confirmed verbally i was approved while they opened the account for 5000$. With 17.99 % interest rate. I had to close that cridet because it was useless to me because of low amount, and they got my cridet score missed up. Very bad to do any kinda business, i feel bad for having an account here at first place. ————— Few days later I received a call because my review. Just to hear sorry from them no solutions. As i spoke with their resolving team representatives, I found out everyone in wells Fargo is lacking professionalism. ??\\u200d♂️ They were supposed to offer me a solution to remove my review in here instead they made put more sentences here. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I tried to open a business cridet card in this locationFirst of all Took me 4 or 5 times to go there every other 3 ,4 days cause they couldn't get to fill the form right. Over all when they finally got the form right i had apply for 15k cridet card where they confirmed verbally in my visits that i was approved for it. And when they finally opened the cridet card it was 5k only and 17.99% interest which they never contacted me about or notify me. The card was useless for me and i had to close it right away.They missed up my cridet score. Its very easy for me to say none of they know what they are doing.

Terrible customer service. Especially Jane. Made me wait to the side while they assisted people that came after me. What’s the point of waiting in line? Jane was very rude, unprofessional, and condescending. I will be going back to that branch only to close my account. I will no longer bank with Wells Fargo!

I had to wait 45 minutes to see a Notary and then was told that a lady who sat down after me was next. She was being served at the counter when I got there, and was still there being helped 15 minutes after I sat down! His response after I told him I had been waiting close to an hour, UPS does Notary too. I've been a customer for 20 years and never had this type of service. This is the closest WF to my house, but I'm tempted to never use this branch again.

Stood in line for over 40 minutes. The manager (i assume) a bald guy with glasses went to everyone in line and people were selected and helped while I and other people stood in line. The guy wasn't even friendly. He asked me what amount my check was for and wanted to see it so when I pulled it out he had already moved on to the next person in line. Instead of getting behind a desk as a teller and get the line moving he just stood around talking while “supervising “ the other tellers. And one teller just stood around watching. Like 4 people got out of the line and left. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE .

It's seems unlikely that people would take the time to add a positive review for a bank. So I thought I'd share my very positive experience. This location is busy! The front door gets a lot of action. Yet seemingly there is always a space in their smaller parking lot. Service here is fast and the staff seems at least educated in their policies and procedures. It feels good to walk in and accomplish what is needed and get on with my day!
