Excellent Customer Service! I have been a Wells Fargo Customer for over 30 years. I recently moved to Manassas and needed to find a local Wells Fargo branch where I could do my weekly banking and that could also provide financial planning. I decided to go to the closest branch to my house on Marblestone Dr. in Manassas. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by the Branch Manager (I think her name was Lilly) who then introduced me to Regina Bennett (Vice President, Senior Branch Premier Banker) to discuss my various banking needs. I feel like I hit the jackpot having the opportunity to work with Regina. She's the ultimate professional and her expertise and knowledge are paramount. I knew I was in good hands just a few minutes into our meeting! I also have to give a big shout out to the Service Manager, Mercy who is also so professional and friendly. My experience so far has been very positive at this branch.

If there was an option for 0 stars they would have gotten it. Just because you’re kind, in which the staff is, it doesn’t mean what you are doing is ethical. Atm got jammed when pulling out a large sum of money. I never received my withdraw. My balance got updated as if I received the money. They fixed the atm quick but did not credit me. They said up to 10 businesses days. Imaging trying to take out all the money in your account, not receiving it and being left with nothing for 10 days! How do you get to work, get gas, or get food? I got fined by my landlord for my bill being late. Worse policy ever. Apathetic and pathetic customer care. I even have video of their atm jamming and they don’t even accept it. Crooks

This particular branch stands out with excellent customer/client services. Hospitality and a friendly smile is something you can ALWAYS expect here. For me, I’ve been with them (Wells Fargo) for a little over 7yrs. And they’ve provided me with the necessities throughout these years. THANKS Mr. Abdullah and staff for ALWAYS showing consideration.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Worst bank ever. Bad customer service. They only want $$$ for every little thing they can. TERRIBLE. Never again Wells Fargo at ANY location!

I needed help with a banking issue and had to go to 3 different Wells Fargo Branch locations until someone actually helped me. The manager at this branch was the only one who took the time to sit with me and make the appropriate phone calls to help me resolve my issue. 5 stars for great customer service!

Mr. Brian Walbert and Ms. Regina Bennet both assisted me to the fullest extent and I couldn't be more satisfied by their work. They both explained things clearly and worked with me to understand the complicated ins and outs of my mortgage details. I would recommend anyone and everyone to them because their excellent work and amazing,comforting customer service.

Would not let me get my money out of my account because they are pos, the teller looked at me with an unprofessional disgust. She and the manager deserve termination of their employment

If you're posted hours are from 9-5 you should close at 5:00 and not 3-4 minutes before. Super frustrating to constantly be there before 5:00 and the drive through is already closed after you broke your neck to get there.

Don't really do reviews but I had to share my experience when I went in for the first time.The staff is super friendly and they will always greet you with a smile when you walk in. Had some issues with my debit card, the banker Fazel helped me in no time. The teller on that particular day, Ferishta helped me and she's a sweetheart! Will be going to this branch from now on

Janeth is her name. Never had that bad of services ever.Twice she served me there's no welcome, anything else for you, or thank you for using wellsforgo banking. Maybe because I had small balance or Asian.
