Came in for transaction with a banker. While waiting there were 3 tellers and the line was moving quickly.
Elba helped me out, this was my second time with her. She was very prompt, professional and nice!
Overall great banking experience.

ATMs rarely ever have cash. Three of the last four times I’ve been there in the past 3-4 months (because it’s closest to my house) the drive-thru ATM has been out of order. Go to the Tacketts Mill branch instead for reliability.

I just called to report fraud and the male banker their not only didn’t give me his name he hung up on me . I called back two three time after today and he refuses to pick up . I’ve had this account since 2014. I now need to change banks

I'm here on a busy Friday evening, before a three-day weekend. Yes there is a line. The cashiers are efficiently processing transactions. The manager, Elba is approaching all waiting customers with a smile, and offering alternatives to waiting in line. I only need change for my store, so she had David go around to the back and get my change. All of a sudden, the lone is almost gone and everyone is happy!! Thank you, Elba and David. Please tell Phyllos I said hello!

Today at 3:15 pm I came in to get temporary check. There was two people ahead of me and only one teller. It took almost more than 20 minutes waiting in line. This is kind of poor service the teller could had call for help if she only knew that the line is going to take long. This is not the kind of service I expect from Wellsfargo.

Worst, unprofessional & rude behavior in this branch. No surprise that this location has 2.5 rated google review which is even more considering their 0 star behavior. The female who called herself a manager is rude & very unprofessional. Wells Fargo management should seriously consider looking at camera in this recent months to see how this location employee behaves.

There is a reason I stopped doing business with Wells Fargo and this branch recently reminded me as to why.My wife belongs to a non-profit organization to benefit kids in West Africa and provide scholarships, bedding, equipment, and other necessities in a country with no public education. The officers have changed and she needed access to the account as a financial secretary. The chapter president drove down from Maryland for a 1:00 pm appointment and he got stuck in traffic so he was maybe 15 minutes late. We walked in and they asked if we needed help and we said we had a 1 pm appointment. They said to wait so we did. There was 1 banker in the bank helping a client and it seemed everyone else was on a nice long lunch. At about 1:40 a nice lady came in for her 1:30 appointment and another staff member came back from lunch and called her to her desk while we just sat there. That was fine but then banker 1 got up and came over and without even taking a breath started lecturing us about the fact that they had a full schedule for appointments and because we were more than 10 minutes late they probably wouldn't even help us and if we were lucky and someone didn't show and they felt like it they might help us. She then proceeded to walk behind the teller counter and stand there doing nothing for another 20 minutes. In fairness I believe she was trying to help her original client with some teller services related to her visit. We continued to wait and when the 1:30 person left the other lady asked us what we needed. She was very nice and helpful and it only took about 15 minutes to resolve our issue. During that time Banker 1 offered the most disingenuous apology I have ever heard but did have some sound advice to offer about the situation.Wells Fargo as an institution is pathetic. As others have noted their ATM machines seem to always be broken and I can do more at home from my couch than I can in person with a teller. Their customer service is worse than any other bank I have done business with but then again I am only 54 so consider that.Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of them. This is my only experience at this branch and some of the staff seemed friendly and helpful but it just reinforces the horror show that is Wells Fargo. I don't want to make a direct accusation but this behavior did seem to have some racial motivation behind it and I will leave it at that. This individual was so rude and unprofessional.

absolutely terrible. dont know their own products(different kinds of checks), terrible service, did not inform me they would charge for certain things, had to go back in to fix what they did and it was pulling teeth. top it off with no apology and rude.

ATM machines always out of order… and the only ATM that normally works is on a dark are where the light post don’t work.. I would light to volunteer to replace or pay the bill for them to get it fix smh
