I was denied service here due to "racial discrimination". The check I was cashing was a "Wells Fargo" check paid to me by the State government.This area in Woodbridge is now predominantly Hispanic.Many years ago there were no Hispanics here. Now, The Hispanics have migrated to this here and have moved in and taken over this part of town.I was "denied" service by an older Hispanic lady, who could have been the supervisor of this Wells Fargo Bank setting on Jefferson Davis Hwy in the Marumsco Plaza in Woodbridge, Va.Everyone in the bank and even customers are mostly Spanish speaking. I was the only black American, US citizen that faced this mistreatment at the time.They cashed the old Spanish man's check that was before me without proper ID, Yet. I had a U.S. citizen "Photo" Drivers license, a Social Security Card with my name on it, and 3 credit/ debit cards..And she "argued" with me and made me a skeptical in front of ALL the Spanish speaking customers.I left there, went about 2 or 3 miles further up the roadto another Wells Fargo, with Non- Hispanic tellers, and they cashed my government check "happily", were and very kind.after seeing my ( Driver Lincense photo ID)This bank is very racist. I will be reporting this incident to the Federal Trade Commission.

9/1/22 I went to this branch to take a deposit. I was in the first drive thru line. Out of four there were only two open. There was a car in the first lane waiting and another car pulled in before me and went into the second lane. I was in line to do my deposit around 4:30. I am not sure what took the tellers so long to finish with the car in front of me but they did not finish until after 5. While I was waiting I saw a teller close the blinds in the window where the ATM is. I pulled up to the window for my deposit and had to ask for the tube to be sent back. I pushed the call button twice before I was helped. The first time I pushed the call button I saw a female teller in the window look at me. I was not acknowledge so pushed the button again and then I was helped by a gentleman. I explained I needed the tube thing back. He then proceeded to tell me they were closed. I said yes I understand but I had been waiting in the drive thru line since 4:30. He then asked "well what do you need?" I told him I just had a deposit. The proceeded to process my deposit for me but they were extremely rude. A woman processed the deposit and did not say anything when she sent it back. The man then came back and told me have a nice day. I have been using this branch frequently as it is the closest to my house. The last few times the gentleman working the window has been rude. I would say avoid this branch and drive further away to the one in Tacketts Mill. I haven't ever had any issues with the tellers or managers at that branch.***UPDATE*** 9/15/22 4:46 pmStaff is still treating my business like a burden. I'm fairly certain "What do you want?" Isn't part of their script.

TrashhhhhMake an appointment. I go in, and no one helps. I have to go d someone just to be told only one person can help and she's going on lunch and can come back later. Umm, no, there's a reason I made an appointment. So, while time was waiting to be helped, could she have helped me before going to lunch? What exactly are you doing that you can't help? This branch is so unprofessional. I searched you, sitting at your desk licking your fingers. Customer Service like come on, you choose this Job, not me.

Very Poor customer service , they don’t know how to talk to people plus they always having hard times to do their jobs right . Alwaysmake your life hard . If you need to show up in the branch or doing a lot of transactions, don’t use Wells Fargo , at least not this Woodbridge Branch . Plus you wait for no reason for a simple withdraw or deposit

How the heck I’m I suppose to get in touch with a representative I literally called 5 different locations 3 times each and no one answers. Not only that I go online to try to place an appointment and it won’t take my last name at all. When I go in they won’t even try to help me. I have never had such a big problem opening a business account. It almost feels like they don’t want new customers.

Worst bank! I had an appointment there and the guy employee ask me to see my phone and I said why. He wanted to make sure I was at the right bank. Of course I didn't give him my phone. I tried to do business with them but it didn't work out at all. I am not going back to this bank again!

Went today for my appointment at 11am and felt like I had to prove that I had an appointment first of all.Then as I'm waiting a Spanish young lady walked up to the door and the guy just let her in without question. After waiting several minutes to be helped, I just decided to leave. I don't recommend doing any business with Wells Fargo to include their low credit card limits.
