I arrived 4:55pm and this branch was closed already, I needed just a check and when to the drive through which was still opened taking care of a customer, but the manager told me the bank was closed already and come back next day, I'm gone close my account abs also transfer my house loan to another Bank.

A few days ago, I visited the branch to print out a bank statement and requested assistance from a bank employee to affix the branch's stamp onto the printed transaction. Initially, a staff member kindly helped me with this request. However, another bank employee suddenly intervened, took away the completed document, and informed me that they could not stamp it. I was perplexed because I have received similar services at other banks, where they would affix a stamp to authenticate documents. However, the intervening employee told me that even though it was printed out from the branch, they could not stamp the document. After a few minutes of conversation with her regarding the necessity of the stamp and her insistence on not providing it, I sat on the sofa to prepare to take a photo of the freshly printed monthly statement and bank transaction. However, I was then told that I could not sit on the sofa to take photos. As a customer of your bank, I find this situation very confusing, as I believe it does not disrupt the normal operation of the bank. Perhaps I am not a high-value deposit customer deserving of attention, but it's possible that with a higher deposit in the bank, assistance would be provided instead of being asked to leave the branch. Sad and disappointed.

I'm giving one star as courtesy. Worst customer service ever (specially the notary). If you want real customer service from a banker go to another branch and stay away of this location. Wells Fargo should pay more attention when hire personnel (focus on skilled customer service people).

As if Wells Fargo doesn't make enough by charging crazy, ridiculous fees, they also charge a monthly fee on checking accounts, and now also on savings accounts. No wonder they constantly get sued. Sleazy, greedy people could careless about you or any of their customers

Slowest bank in the world...for simple drive through transactions took almost 5 minutes till someone came to the window and then to cash a check for a small amount it was like getting a tooth pulled...just disgraceful service.

People go to drive through just because they don’t want to wait in long line in the lobby and drive through is ment to be quick but what they do to just stand outside I drive through for hours and taking customers inside if some one come in the drive through first than the person in the lobby they should be served first

I called to see if I could come in same-day to open a new account for my minor child. They did not have any appointments available, but were able to squeeze us in for mid-day with the manager. The process went smooth and the manager was super nice. The entire process took about an hour or less, and was overall very positive. And, my teen came away with a new account, as well as a lollipop, LOL.

The customer service at this branch is nonexistent. If you must go to this the branch make sure you have 45 mins to spare. The manager has a condescending tone is selective and how she treats the customers and that type of attitude trickles down to some of the bank tellers. Some of the tellers profile you and make you feel unwelcome. What a shame.

2 people per transaction was in line for 15 minutes and line still the same. Drive thru not even open at 10 am

Lily was incredible and I am forever in her debt (no pun intended). She made an exception for me to get a cashier's check in an emergency when I didn't have an account with Wells Fargo (my bank is out of state). Lily was so accomodating and patient. For this alone I am considering opening an account. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

great service. I worked with David Bejaneishville who was courteous and helpful in some notarization we needed .I believe they are trying hard to maintain a high level of customer service.
