I would like to highlight Terrell and Matthew working at the checkout counters in the front of the store on Saturday June 1, 2024 at 1:15 pm. Both are extremely courteous and hospitable.
In a time where people could care less about offering good customer service, these two young men raised the bar! They need to be commended.
I hope management sees this and let them know that they have made an impact on us and set a standard for others.

Pharmacist (Michelle) was unprofessional while speaking with me on the phone. She laughed and talked with a coworker and acted as if I was bothering or disturbing her. She did not look into the system but told me to call stores until I found the medication I needed so she could get off the phone quickly.

This Walgreens is bright with aisles. There weren’t any self checkout stations, which would have been helpful while 5 people stood in line for at least 7-8 minutes waiting for one worker to help someone with photos, and another worker stocked shelves. The shelf stocker only came over to help with checkout when called. Overall though the place is easy to navigate, clean, and well stocked.

Pharmacist wanted to ask me multiple personal questions on why we are here in Woodbridge to give me my son's medicine acted like he wasn't going to fill it someone needs to check this pharmacy.

Store manager Kimberly was rude and not very customer friendly. item was marked on the shelf and he wouldn't honor it. It weird thoug, because I had just saw her honor a price for a different item for a different customer. I didn't appreciate that at all. She really lacks customer friendly service.

The store itself is just ok but the pharmacy is one of the worst I've ever seen. Their customer service is trash. The pharmacist is rude. Had an appointment for 4pmfor a flu shot, the pharmacy was empty, didn't get seen til 4:45.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for Tammy going above and beyond to assist me. I know asking if you sold crutches may have seemed like a simple request, but your act of kindness truly meant the world to me.When she noticed me limping, instead of simply directing me to where the crutches were, she took it upon herself to personally retrieve them from the back. Not only did she ring them up at the counter, but she also unpacked them for me.I can't begin to describe how much relief and appreciation I felt in that moment. Her selflessness and willingness to go out of her way to help someone in need truly exemplify the best qualities in people.Walgreens is fortunate to have Tammy as a part of their team. Her caring nature and good-heartedness make a genuine difference in the lives of others. Thank you again for your unparalleled kindness. Wishing you the best of New Year!

I've been to the pharmacy 2X and each time it took them 40 minutes to ring me up. then another 30 to 40 minutes to do what I came for. what's the purpose of set up an appointment if you're not going to be seen at the time you scheduled it for.

The guy at the counter was extremely unhelpful. I was to pick up my medication and I told them the pharmacist just needed to look at the medication and approve it. It wouldn’t take 30 seconds. But no, the guy told me it was going to take more than that and he refused to have the pharmacist look at my medication before the pharmacist started giving vaccination to 5 people. So I had to wait 20-25 minutes so that the pharmacist could spend 30 seconds to say he approved. I was totally turned off because I pick up the medication regularly and the guy wanted to argue with me that it would not be short like I said. I thought that was NOT the way to provide customer service! I need to find out his name and report him to the manager.

Walgreens has consistently provided wonderful service. The Pharmacy has ALWAYS come through for us with varied difficult prescriptions, the occasional Insurance problem...you name it! They are truly our preferred Pharmacy.

Prepare to spend an inordinate amount of time waiting. I dont even wait at the doctor's office this long to be seen. Our wait for a vaccination was 1 hr 17 mins past the vaccination appointment time. To add insult to injury, some patron who arrived well after us was seen before us. The pharmacist administering the vaccine was pleasant and QUICK....which led me to question where did 1 hr 17 mins go???? And, yes! We pre-completed the paperwork before arriving.Additionally, there was a situation with a woman clearly dissatisfied about being shuffled from pharmacy ro pharmacy bc inaccurate information about insurance was conveyed to her over the phone. She was repeatedly arguing about her wasted time. We didnt personally have this issue...but clarity about insurance carriers accepted should be a point of discussion during scheduling. I certainly wasnt asked about my insurance provider when i made the appointment....so had i spent 1 hr 17 mins at Walgreens only to find out that my insurance wasnt accepted, I'd be tripley pissed.

This Hass to be the hands-down worst Walgreens ever. I came in there to shop for a toothbrush I was harassed by the. Management told to leave because. I’m walking my scooter. There’s no people around. There’s nobody in the store but me there’s no good morning anything I can help you with there’s just sure harassment and I didn’t stop until I left and she threaten to call the police because I wouldn’t leave I just wanted to shop and leave. Which I did.

The worst customer service! Made a 12:45 appointment to get my flu vaccine ? and it took them an hour and a half to administer the vaccine. The nurse was very sweet buy the backlog was horrendous!

Where to even start? Gave me someone else’s prescription once, gave me the wrong prescription once and wouldn’t refund it. I got to drive through for essential medicines around 6:58, they took everyone ahead of me and then closed down as I pulled up. I went for my flu and Covid vax and they said they were out of covid, but didn’t notify anyone until they got there. I got flu anyway after waiting for 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the tech injected me so hard I spurted blood and it’s hard to use my arm. She apologized but damage was done. Staff desperately needs training in customer service

Had a 12:45 vax appointment. Showed up at 12:30 as instructed. Waiting area was packed. Finally got the jab at 2:10.So if you have to go to this location, clear your schedule.
