Once again, the fellows did a stellar job of moving a single piece of furniture for us (a massive Restoration Hardware wall unit). They carefully dismantled the piece and wrapped all the small hardware pieces in protective wrap and then taped those inside the movers' wrap around the unit itself. They were careful with the unit every step of the way. We are looking forward to them providing our household move next month!

This company disappeared with my belongings. I moved and they had my storage but when I went to pick up my stuff they were nowhere to be found. I’m heartbroken from all the memories on those storage boxes.

After being tailgated in the right hand lane on 234 on 12/24 at 1:30PM in Dumfries by a crazy aggressive Vintage Moving van driver who then proceeded to speed as he was weaving in and out of traffic, running lights and more tailgating, driver then staid still in the middle of the road for a minute after a red light because he was using his phone, he still ended up behind me near Rt 1. I wouldn't recommend a company who puts lives and your belongings at risk to save a few mins of time.

Subcontracted my move to another company and estimated my price to about 1500 less than the actual price. The subcontractor is 3 days late and still hasn’t moved my stuff from the original warehouse across the US. I called vintage to figure out and their essentially telling me on on my own and cannot contact the sub contractor to get my stuff in NY from TX and will not even assist get in contact with the sub contractor as well... DO NOT USE

These guys are fantastic. They moved me on 2 different days, one from a storage unit and the other from a townhome my wife and I rented. They were prompt and hard=working! John, the owner, and Kari, the estimator, were supportive and accurate as well as very helpful! The guys that did the moving were careful and professional and great to be around! If you ever have a need for moving services, this is the company. They were also extremely reasonable; value for the cost!

One of thier cargo vans were driving through montclair at about 720pm on 23 October. Th driver was tailgating, revving, and yelling at the car in front of them. Speeding up to well over 50mph in a 35 then slamming thier brakes. The driver had to stop at the light and was yelling at everyone in the intersection. I told him to slow down, kids were here and he them proceeded to follow me home for about half a mile. I was about to have another witness in our vehicle call the police as he drove recklessly when he stopped and did a u turn away l. CAUTION when working with this company as they obviously dont employ sane people and could get you or a loved one killed.

This was one of the best moves we have ever had. From Keri, who came to check out what we had to move, and answered my questions randomly any time I had them! To Simon and Adam, the two guys who came and wrapped all of our artwork and fragile items the day before the movers actually came. And the four guys, Joel, Frank, Ruben and Daniel who came to put all our possessions on the truck, and delivered them the next day. Also, Brad who came to check out how the movers were doing the day they were packing our stuff up on the trucks. Wonderful communication and easy to talk to! They were all very friendly and helpful! We are still so impressed! What a great company! We would recommend them to anyone!

Vintage moving was handling the pickup part of a small, cross country move - just a few pieces of furniture scattered around the house. They've been terrific - great communications with both me and my mother (the pickup was from her house). When we collectively missed a piece (it was on one list that my mom had, but not the one she was referencing, but it was on the list for the movers) they didn't bat an eyelash over coming back the next day to pick it up. No blame game, no sense of frustration - just super professional. The gentlemen they sent (same folks both times) were fast, competent, and kind to my mom. We'll be doing more moves with this company - thank you, Vintage moving!

Vintage Moving and Storage did a GREAT job with our MD to SC relocation. Our driver was Angel, he arranged the truck packing and took special care of furniture pieces that were delicate to ship. He went above and beyond to make sure our items made it safely to our new location. Thanks so very much Angel !

Vintage was the subcontractor on an insurance issue where my belongings had to be put into storage. I did not select them myself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Vintage improperly packed a number of my furniture items -- the crew that unpacked me told me they'd never seen such a poor job from their company, and the foreman on unpacking readily admitted it was their fault. They ruined $1000 worth of dining room chairs, broke multiple lamps, and damaged several other items. Trying to file a claim with them was virtually impossible. I would call or email weekly starting in mid-September. First they tried to "fix" my chairs, which took several weeks, and was not possible (they had put rubber bands on them that cut into the material). They did ultimately return the damaged chairs right before Thanksgiving and said they'd start the financial claim process. This took several more months of me calling/emailing, and finally I got a response only after threatening a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. $1000 of ruined chairs and I got a check for $40. I asked multiple times for an explanation and my calls and emails went unanswered. If you value your belongings look for a company that knows what they are doing. If you value customer service, run in the other direction.
