I've had the best nail experience at Veronica's. Jessica is a true professional, detail oriented and meticulous about her art. Compared to other nail salons - this is the best! I highly recommend Veronica's.

My nails were pretty but my experience was short and not so sweet. The nail tech told me to find someone else, Communication gap I guess. Oh well.

The nails look absolutely beautiful, however the bad taste in my mouth is the length of time and the lack of openings with the preferred people, and the price is very high for me to pay every 2-3 weeks at $150 for all nails to be designed, but they were on point. I just hate taking so long. I'm confused about my feelings. Special occasion or if you have time to spare you're good.

don’t order products from these people. email was sent to me and when i tried to email back, it says email undeliverable because email doesn’t exist. used old fashioned method and called phone number on facebook page and left a message. I have not heard back from them. Now they have my money and no product. Veronica. if you see this I’d better get a call from you or send an email with a different address so I can contact you about my order - I want my money back!

If you want beautiful nails just go here. They don't rush like other nail salons and they are perfectionist at what they do. You will not regret it!

I love the vibe. The set up so cute. It's Latina owned so big plus. They do more than your regular nil salon so if you want something out of the box I recommend here. April is great. Just know it's not going to be the same prices that you usually pay. And that's ok.

I've been struggling to find a good nail tech since I moved to the area. I decided to book with April. She did an amazing job. She's thorough and quick. I've received multiple compliments on my nails!

I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THIS PLACE A RATING. NOT EVEN HALF A STAR.My wife was recommended by her best friend to try Veronica Nail Art. DON'T GO, TURN AROUND. On 4/15 at 2 pm, my wife had an appointment with April to do her manicures. Rather than focus on her work, April was occupied doing something while she was on her duty. Her service was terrible and caused injury to my wife's fingers and pictures to prove it. We contacted the owner (Veronica), who hasn't yet react to the issue. A FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKING FROM US.TOTAL DISAPPOINTING!!!!!! AGAIN DON'T GO!!!!!!

I asked for gel and was forced to get acrylic. During the cuticle cleaning process, I constantly got new cut to the point I couldn’t relax my fingers anymore. Then the tech started twisting and pulling my fingers instead of talking to me. Deeply deeply disappointed with the service I received.

Every time I get my nails done at Veronica's, I leave thinking this was soo worth the price. The quality is like no other. The girls are kind and funny. This is the best nail place in woodbridge hands down.

Veronica and her staff (Dorita, Kriz; Rosey) are some of the most UNPROFESSIONAL service offering people I’ve ever met!!! The shop is aesthetically pleasing to look at but doesn’t match the poor service! They do NOT respect time! They speak negatively about customers coming in and out of their business! They are loud, ghetto and gossipy. If you’re looking for rude, ghetto antics Veronica’s Nails is your place! Professionalism, Courtesy, Kindness and Customer Service is not at this place of business!!! Don’t waste your precious time or money!!! They are terrible.

Made me wait 30 minutes because Veronica forgot my appointment! Rushed me to my colors and designs only to do cheap work! Nail had cracks and wasn't neat! She only post a couple that she really works on with passion on their insta page she sees about 16 people and only posts two or three of her work! Go somewhere else not worth it.

Dope nail art. So dope that I think people give them a pass for a lot of stuff.PROS- The shop is nicely decorated.- Insanely good nail art. Can do any design you show them. There were only a couple occasions when I didn't leave the shop in love with my nails and I often got compliments.CONS- Poor quality. Every set, I’d have at least 1-2 nails break or crack. New set, old set, long set, shorter set—didn’t matter. They always break. I don’t think they are too familiar with curved nail beds. So it may be their technique and not the quality of materials. (Attached are pictures for reference. This set was $120 and the picture was after having the set for two weeks. This happened on the regular. I just dealt with it since the design art is dope and the other shops in Woodbridge are horrible.)- Booking appointments is tough. They are popular and thus booked—which is understandable. I only list this as a con because they aren’t fair with the process. Some are allowed to book with the tech directly following their appointment. They definitely have favorites. Others are just coins.- The cancellation policy is unfair. My tech would always have to reschedule appointments last minute and was once 45 minutes late. If it happens so often them they should allow customers (or at least those with a consistent visit record) courtesy for emergency cancellations/reschedule.In reference to other reviews:- There’s a wait time. Not uncommon with nail shops. Usually 20-30 minutes unless you get the first slot.- I’ve also had my nails lift and I got nail fungus.- I’ve also been cut by a tech and they were pretty nonchalant- Pricing could be clearer. But if you show them any design and ask the price they’ll tell you. It would be nice to see the prices posted somewhere, though.
