What's up with Verizon and the lack of customer service? At least the rep at the Woodbridge VA location told me it would be a 90 minute wait. I left went to Costco and bought a new phone in LESS than 30 minutes!

I had a terrible experience at this Verizon store. The representative deceptively sold me the incorrect product because the correct one was out of stock. When I asked to speak to management, I received no apology or empathy for the inconvenience caused. The lack of customer care and honesty is highly disappointing. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

i don’t like leaving bad reviews. But, the service here was a -1. Workers had an attitude when speaking to me. I literally went on the Verizon website to find what I was looking for because they were so unwelcoming. I feel like this is my experience at ALL the verizon stores in Woodbridge. Bummer!

This store may very well have the worst customer service I have encountered. They are abrupt, rude, and insulting. Without hardly a greeting I was told I must pay for a service which I had already paid for. After explaining my situation to other employees, I was just as rudely rebuffed and told there was nothing at all they could do about my simple issue. So simple, infact, I went to another Verizon store and a wonderful employee there solved my issue within minutes.I think everyone who deals woth Verizon finds issues, but this store is the personification of Verizon's issues.Avoid this place and I'd you need a Verizon store in the area, save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

Do not go to this store Manager Yvonne is very rude unprofessional instead of helping us she was on a personal phone call and then she threatened to close are account down and her attitude was really bad she kicked us out of the store she was making fun the customer before us about his ancient and she was trying to fight us and she told us if I call corporate they are not going to do anything about her. She does not like foreigners....

I am giving this two stars because my last experience was not good at all. I was sitting and Almetric went by me and gave me a mean look. I was just waiting. We ended up having to use him as a salesperson and he was just quick and his lack of care was evident. I am very disappointed with the service we received.

I went in to get some support for apps that were interrupting my music listening. On veterans day, I am a Vet. The manager told me he would look at my phone for 30 dollars. Something that is free at any other store.

I am thinking Verizon's customer service is also lacking as a whole.I made the switch from TMobile and something happened with my activation. Since I live quite a ways from the Verizon store I made the purchase with I went to one near my home on Daniel Stuart in Woodbridge, VA.I was met with minimal customer service and general disinterest in helping me resolve the issue.After asking a few clarifying questions, I was directed to the "corporate store" nearby because of the Verizon bag I was carrying. "It was a corporate bag."I walked into Verizon store and was greeted by a specialist named "sway". I explained the issue, with a slight smirk he recommended that I return my purchase to the initial store in Manassas (which I found out was a 3rd party retailer) and restart the process with their store. The process will take 2-3 days because my ported number will need to go back to TMobile.I asked him for a moment to process the information and then he says "I'm just tryna help you out".I asked if Verizon has a tech support number or someone I can speak with to help me with this process he said "yes" but it will take awhile. I asked for the number, a card for the store and to speak with a manager and he said he could write the number down and they do not have cards.He then returned with a yellow post it with two numbers. I asked to speak with the manager and he pointed to her. Her name was "Yuvonna".She then asked for my receipt and confirmed that the first Verizon store was a 3rd party retailer and then printed out a copy of what their store receipts look like. I asked if I am paying corporate Verizon and I have the service why can't someone at Verizon assist me with completing the activation process. She explained that the 3rd party store does not have access to their systems to port the number over quickly. She followed up and said they deal with this a lot and concurred with "Sway's" recommendation to return the purchase and restart the purchase with them.Then she went on to say that the 3rd party stores are at a "different" pay grade. When they see someone like me transferring from T-Mobile, they see $$$. I asked what does that have to do with my service, she explained that because they (the corporate store) receive regular pay and commission they can focus on providing customer service. She said a few other comments on 3rd party stores and their lack of being able to get the job done correctly.Conclusion: I am saddened that I made the switch to Verizon and instead of helping me get to resolution that didn't involve me returning my purchase and possibly losing the phone number I have had for 13 years, I received a critique on how 3rd party Verizon Retailers are incompetent and lack customer service.Maybe the other Verizon stores are better but I recommend staying away from the Worth Avenue location in Woodbridge, VA

I’m Active duty military who just returned from overseas and came in to this store to re-activate my old phone number that was suspended under the military act. When I came in I was helped by Almetric and he claimed that my number was no longer available, that I needed a completely new line, and added on extras to my line without my consent. He also tried pushing me to get 2 phone numbers on my phone when I just wanted my old line reactivated.I told him very clearly what I needed and he lied to me to get the sale under his name. When confronted about it the next day he doubled down and claimed I came in saying otherwise. He even offered to show me how to take my old number off my account once he gave me the new line, which would have covered his tracks if the account was reviewed.Highly do not recommend going here for help if this is the environment and type of people they have. He was very comfortable lying straight to my face so this isn’t the first time he’s done this to a customer.

Needed assistance in transferring a number with customer service, although it is still process and tbd. Sway was extremely helpful in guiding and communicating w customer service about my issues. I’m not sure why the stores are against having chairs/stools for customers

For once it wasn't busy but I just went in to pay a bill. I quickly focused on nothing but the kiosk and the door. No new phone please. ??❤❤❤
